This past week I brought my son in for a fever and cough. Long story short he was mis diagnosed and ended up needing to be admitted to childrens . Going to start looking for a new Drs for my son. Makes me feel like some of these new RN and NPs dont know what their doing

Absolutely infuriating. Completely misdiagnosed my daughter despite me bringing to their attention details that a simple google search brought up. When they called to tell me it was actually something different I was told busy holiday weekend ya know. Impossible to get in touch with anyone. Theyve clearly taken on far too many patients. I will not be bringing my daughter back.

We love Dr. Hyde She is very knowledgeable patient and understanding. She puts the kids at ease and really considers their individual needs rather than a one size fits all approach. Were lucky to have herThe office staff is very patient and kind as well. Ive never met a single unfriendly person there. Everyone seems happy to be there and really care about the kids.

From day one every single staff member from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors have handled all matters promptly and with a smile . They really care about their patients and families of the patients. The staff members are extremely kind and supportive and this practice really goes above and beyond to take care of their patients and families. They always follow up with phone calls to see how your child is doing. Thats how you know youre part of the absolute best practice when they go above and beyond to ensure your kiddo or kiddos are ok. Dr Hyde is the absolute best the other doctors are great as well. But we cant say enough about how awesome Dr Hyde is .

I recently visited the Westwood clinic for my child who was suffering from an ear infection and coughing. I was prescribed a pick up medication for my child unfortunately when I went to pick up the medication it was not ready even though the clinic had told us it would be. After three attempts we were told to go to Mansfield pediatric office because the Westwood clinic closes at 600pm and we wouldnt be able to get a paper prescription. However when we arrived at the Mainafield clinic at 630pm it was closed even though Google said it was open until 800pm. The whole experience was frustrating and I felt that the clinic was not as professional as it used to be. I expect better service from a medical facility and I hope that the clinic takes steps to improve its operations.

Weve only been coming here for 6 months for our infant twins but our experience has been stellar so far. Dr. Cannon and Dr. Cross are superb. They take the time to answer my hundreds of questions spend time interacting with our babies joyously celebrate milestone with us and have helped us navigate a tricky slow to gain issue with our daughter. Dr. Cannon called me after office hours one night because my daughters weight gain issues were keeping her up and she wanted to do some further testing. Thats the kind of ped you want for your kid the one who is up at night thinking about them

Front desks got worse it is hard to schedule an appointment with real doctors. If you do not specify which doctor you want to see then you will see an NP. I got a really bad experience when my son was just bornwe just got home from hospital the NP insist that on the same day my son might have jaundice and if we do not treat it it might cause death. So we were mislead and so worried we rushed to get his blood drawn it is nothing . They do this a lot to newborns.

While the service they provide is generally good if your child has prescribed medication that needs regular refills you should look elsewhere. They no longer allow automated refills from pharmacies so you will need to call every time you need a refill. On top of that the process is abysmal. Ive called to days in a row and left a voicemail as per their system and the pharmacy still doesnt have the prescription. This alone has me searching for other providers.

Keep getting appointment reminders even though we dont have an appointment here. Were not even in the same country. Replying stop doesnt do anything and when calling in no one answers or responds to voicemails. We dont appreciate being spammed for over a week with appointment reminders.

When my oldest was born in 2011 we started going here I loved her doctor. She is amazing thorough and takes the time to answer any questions we have. So when I had my 2nd in 2015 I knew I wanted her to have the same doctor.I recently moved to Rhode Island and my oldest has state insurance so she couldnt go here anymore so I made sure we put my youngest on an insurance they took specifically so I could still bring her in because I love her pediatrician so much.However some of the nurses or whoever do the shots could be a little bit better. At one time one of them didnt get all the immunizations she needed so she kept running in and out of the room in between each shot. But at the same time at another instance my youngest didnt cry whine or weep for a round of shots and we questioned if she even got the immunizations because that particular nurse was just so good.However I did have my first problem with the office yesterday. I called the on call staff Saturday evening since my youngest had a rash all over her body. The girl was very nice was patient with me and at that time felt she didnt need to be brought in. On Sunday someone from the office called back around 1030 to check on her and since it spread to her face she wanted me to bring her in. Problem Yes Only because my husband and I have one car and he had left to be at work for 10. Also they wanted to see her in Westwood. Im all the way in Rhode Island and they were only open until noon. Needless to say by time I got my car I definitely wouldnt have made it in time. So I had to waste 2 hours in an Urgent Care but somehow ended up in the ER as I went to an Urgent Care at a hospital. And then they didnt exactly bring comfort or try and figure it out. And I was told to contact her doctor. Bottom line I shouldve just waited until today Monday for her to be seen by a doctor at her own office for actual care to see what this pesky rash really is.
