Ive been seeing my therapist for a little over 3 years.Shes helped me achieve many of my personal goals and had taught me how to be my own best friend. I did about a year of DBT here as well which taught me many valuable skills. Thank you Brittany and Dr Mooney

only one of my 4 therapists ive had hear have been impactful. only one has left me leaving a session better then i was entering and thats the one ive been with for a while now. i was discouraged used to miss appointments never listened to and when i was there was too much listening and too little help. love my one therapist though super hit or miss.

I have been going to Lifestance formerly Western Psych for almost 3 years now and they have been such a huge part of getting me to where Im at right now and I truly believe that I am able to continue on a path to getting well with the help of the therapists I have had. I started with Kinda who is no longer there and now I have Nicole who is an amazing and kind person. I also have had great experiences and all of the office workers who have treated me with kindness and respect every single time. I was able to continue working on myself all through the pandemic thanks to their virtual appointments as well. Thank you Lifestance for truly changing my life

I have had 2 awesome therapists. Unfortunately the first one could not see me when I was put on Medicare. The second left for a new clinic. I am now without a therapist and really do not want to start over with a new one. But I still need help. Not sure what I will do.

I love my therapist She is amazing at letting me choose the path of our discussions and helping me find workable solutions for me.

Convenient and reliable counseling I dont even have to drive anywhere. I just click on the appointment update they text message me the day before and follow the prompt to my Zoom appointment. I would recommend Lifestance to anyone that is thinking about seeking mental health services.

Im grateful for the opportunity to work with my counselor through Zoom. While I miss face to face its more convenient. I feel like Im less stressed not having to make time to drive to an appointment and able to tackle some of the hard things Im going through

Lifestance pointed me in the direction of Kayla Carrar. She has changed my life. Not only has she help me through some of the hardest times of my life she helped me learn my true values who I am and strive to be all with kindness love while being personable. Its like talking to your best friend but with a neutral mindset no bias and an infinite amount of tools knowledge etc. My traumas the deaths a breakup some work issues my health issues were nothing to her. She helped me get properly diagnosed with things I never imagined I am but with her gentle counseling style its been a smooth ride. I learned to love therapy against Appreciate lifestance so much more than I can explain.

I have been a patient at the East Gresham office for several years. I have the most amazing therapist Renee Schmick anyone could ask for. Dedicated and thorough staff who respond to requests in a timely manner. Numerous programsgroups to participate in with flexible hours for those who work during the day. Overall it has been a pleasure to work with Life Stance. I highly recommend their services.
