Ive had a wonderful experience so far it was easy to book an appointment and to go through the patient portal to fill out any forms needed. front desk is really nice and Emely was so sweet such a great listener and was very informative of the process Im excited to continue therapy with her

LifestanceWestern Psychological has been a significant source of treatment for my ADHD PTSD and Anxiety. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs behavioral health treatment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Since LifeStance took over from Western Psychological its been nothing but a hot mess. Ive had THREE therapist quit since LifeStance took over. If a company cant retain their employees that pretty much tells you what you need to know

LifeStance was able to get me in when the wait time was months at other places. I started with one provider and then switched when I realized I needed in-person services so make sure you know what you need virtual or in-person BUT they let me switch providers very easily and I have been happily seeing a therapist regularly for months now.

Our whole family has benefitted greatly from the therapists at LifeStance. Theyve been easy to access worked readily to make sure our health care coverage was accepted were easy to schedule with and had all the paperwork online which made the process much smoother and faster. The therapists have all been great fits with each of us and have definitely helped us along on our journeys to better mental health.

My therapist is great. I wanted to get into a religious abuse group this was about 4 months ago. I still havent heard from group leader. If you miss a session they charge you the entire amount they would normally charge. Im just getting off public assistance and that is a lot to charge. Even a missed dental appt is a 50.00 fee. That is still cheaper. Sometimes things come up where you miss appointment. A little wiggle room would be nice .
