Life stance is an amazing mental health agency. My personal therapist is so kind helpful and supportive. Its more like a best friend who gives great advice. I think everyone deserves that special space to just be them selfs. In that my mental health has been a high priority and Im also learning thats ok. Becoming a better me everyday Highly recommend

My experience with LifeStance has greatly improved since Ive gotten a new provider named Brooke Sheehan. She is very professional yet friendly and kind. I feel very comfortable and confident with the medical care that she has provided for my mental health. I definitely would recommend her.

My providers have helped me so much over the last 4 years. I relied on them a lot to help me through my grief when my son took his own life.

The therapists and psychiatrists are caring and flexible workers.The user-interface for the system sucks. It is near impossible to locate your appointments. It IS impossible to link to them if virtual. The links they transmit to text have never worked. Making an appointment is also impossible online as the system only says there are no available people.

As with any practice your experience will vary depending on the providers and support staff that you interact with. I have been lucky to have worked with largely professional and empathetic individuals the years I have been with lifestance- both with my own care and my childrens care. I would recommend looking for providers within Lifestance because there are many qualified individuals to choose from and the right fit for your care may be within their directory. I have switched providers while here and am glad for the ease it is to make changes when staying within an integrated system like Lifestance. I particularly appreciate that my various providers within Lifestance can communicate with one another simply providing me with an elevated level of comprehensive care.

I have been a patient at Lifestance off and on for quite a few years now. My therapist is incredibly helpful insightful and there when I need her. I cant suggest this place enough.

Using my sons account I went here a few years back. LOVED my two therapists. So effective. Changed my life I had to do the work though.The front desk staff were the worst. Did not make people checking in a priority. Made me late twice as they dealt with obviously struggling people and insurance and scheduling issues which took a long time. Added to my stress. Always felt they needed a better system and training. Gave 2 stars to get administrations attention.

Its all about finding the right person to help. Some psychiatristsp and clients just dont mesh so youve got to just keep trying until you find that person that you connect with sometimes that takes talking to a few people. Anyways my experience at western overall has been very good. I connect really well with my psychologist shes amazing and I thoroughly enjoy talking with her and I feel like she really cares. She always does a great job of asking me about important life events that Ive mentioned in previous meetings.. its beyond nice feeling like and knowing that shes really paying attention and truly cares about my well being. Highly recommend giving this place a try
