I can only give this office one star because I have to select at least one to leave a review. The staff here is unprofessional. They make you wait for long periods and frequently cancel appointments. When I expressed that I needed help and was feeling extremely distressed, they canceled my appointment. Brianna Figueroa, the scheduling coordinator, lied and said I had not confirmed my appointment. She decided to cancel my appointment because I mentioned I might be late rather than assisting me during a difficult time. This is why mental health is such an epidemic. There are protocols medical professionals must abide by when being told by their patients that they are not safe. This office did not do that. Being a mental health office they were supposed to support individuals who are struggling, but they do the opposite. I strongly advise against going here; they clearly do not care about their clients!
