West Coast Dental of 6th Street

Scandalous experience with West Coast Dental. My second and absolute final visit with West Coast Dental was horrific in December 2023. Before any dental work commenced I had a discussion with the finance person in the office regarding the procedures recommended by the dentist and agreed to the quoted price with my insurance. I promptly made the payment and underwent the necessary treatments. However in January I received a bill labeled as an estimate which raised the first red flag for me. Upon reviewing the bill it appeared that I was double charged for the mouth guard I received from the office and paid for in December.Seeking clarification I called the office number provided on the bill only to be informed that the remaining balance was my responsibility with no further details provided. Attempts to contact the dental office directly for clarity proved futile. Despite numerous calls and emails I received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication constitutes the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered from a business.

I have attended this dental clinic ever since I can remember and had never had an issue . It was not until my most recent appointments that I have been left frustrated because of the lack of communication. On my first visit I was sent home without one of my temporary crowns and from what I know it is a risk to obtaining bacteria that can lead to god knows what I had to come in and inform them that they had indeed forgotten that step and so they quickly made the fix. Now two weeks later I come in for a different tooth and again I am sent home without my temporary. I am paying what is due and for them to keep making the same mistake is quite irresponsible in my opinion. I would not recommend this place anymore.

Just had a deep cleaning and filled two cavities here. I had a pleasant time. Everyone was really nice and really articulated everything I needed really well. I usually dont like going to the dentist because they can be really judgmental but I got no judgment here. Just quick help and service. Will definitely be going to the dentist more often with experiences like this

Greatest dentist ever Been coming here since a kid. The service is great. Doctor Lee was so nice and made sure to clear up any questions I had. Erika also such a great help made me feel really comfortable and so friendly If youre looking for a good dentist .. Highly recommend coming here

This location has been providing such Great service to me and my family. Ive been coming here since I was in middle school and now as an adult I am still receiving great service. They have amazing doctors who truly care about their patients.

This was my first time at this dental office and my experience was amazing I didnt wait long to be seen. I was informed of everything that was going on exactly how much everything will cost. The biggest PLUS to me was not having to wait too long. I was assisted by Supervisor Erica Dr. Reza. Very nice people.

I want to thank the whole west coast dental team and especially Dr.Reza for his very informative communication and service.Definitely recommend coming here. A great relaxing service must say.I originally was referred here but I had to make the move to get all my specialties done here because of their great service Thank you

I highly recommend this office for bringing your family because we visited as a group and were all seated in a timely manner. Friendly staff and well maintained facility.
