Wellstar Windy Hill Hospital

If I could give it a zero I would. While there are a select few who know what they are doing and actually care its overshadowed by rude clueless nurses and doctors who you rarely see. Since my mother came to this facility after her stroke its been NOTHING but issues. Floratina the charge nurse is one of the most vile humans Ive ever encountered. Her lack of empathy and knowledge of her job is less than stellar. Shame on wellstar and shame on the so called nurses who were no where to ever be found.Front desk and female security is wonderful.

This hospital is seriously a joke. They were NEVER on time with administering daily medications. It didnt do a bit of good to press the nurse call button because they got IN NO HURRY to attend the patient. We were told that we could always call and check on the patient if we werent able to be there at all times. We ended up having to wait hours for them to return our calls at night. I wont ever leave another loved one in the care of this hospital staff. Ever Horrible place I thank GOD it was only two weeks that we had to endure this.

Orthopedic surgery here is a bit dicy. They rush you out and ask you to watch a video with awful sound quality after just waking up and still groggy. If you ask questions they will say either ask your surgeon or I will get to that. The nurses are nice and care otherwise ample but the entire process is not flexible. Refused to give me or call my doctor for any meds for acid refulx and heartburn . Kept telling me to eat and drink more when i was drowsy and nauseated. I felt rushedto complete the PT so i could go home.Got home and threw up at my door step but they supposedly gave me nausea meds.Not a single person from this facility called us the next day or anytime after to check on me. The surgeon from Resurgens was very good however. Unfortunately this is my only choice where the surgeon operates out of.

They send you to voicemail for everything then tell you that they are open right now. When you choose other options you get a rude loser who interrupts you then transfers you to another voicemail. If they dont want to speak to people on the phone why bother having a phone number

We had an amazing experience here with my 6 month old son who had to have orthopedic surgery. The nurses and doctors were incredible and super caring. They treated my son as there own and even comforted me when I got upset as they took him back to the OR. They were quick and attentive the entire visit. Honestly the best hospital experience I had thus far. Thank you to the nurses and doctors for taking care of my baby

Im so happy with the experience Visiting hours are 9am-9pm My mother is a patient here right now on the 3rd floor LTACH. She had heart surgery almost four months ago and shes on a ventilator. I visit often. I get to see how shes treated throughout the day. The nurses are kind very sweet and positive. My mom says everyone is taking good care of her. Shed tell me otherwise. The doctors are always checking in on her making sure she getting better. Physical therapy is kind and patient but definitely gives her the push she need in order to get stronger. It so nice knowing when Im not visiting shes being looked after the way she needs. This is the second LTACH hospital shes been in and trust me when I say this place is great. The team here are angels and go above and beyond to make sure that the patients feel safe and looked after property. Which Im positive is so important in their recovery Thank you to everyone who is looking after her.

A friend of mine was scheduled for a phone interview both yesterday and today. Both Times did not call. That is not the way to deal with people that are trying to find work. You just wasted a persons time. And they wonder why theyre short staffed. If thats how they treat their staff. I feel sorry for them and I hope they treat their patients well. Very unprofessional. Do better

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO ENDURE THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST DOCTORS EVER I cant imagine an overseas prison in a third World country...

I could not be more impressed with this facility. I recently had a knee surgery at WellStar Windy Hill Hospital and could not have asked for better care...

Dr Godfrey Mark is my doctor here urban family practiceThis man is a literal life saver. He ha helped me find the root cause if my issues very frequently. He goes above and beyond every single time.

I am so ecstatic to give them 5 starsI would give a million if possible. As soon as we arrived they made me and my family feel like family. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service and they took great care of my son. I felt comfortable when they took him in for surgery. They even treated my toddlers wonderfully Mandy the nurse is amazing She deserves an award because she just went above and beyond. Love them I hope i dont have to return but if i did i would come here.

At this location they are usually on time for their imaging and you do not have to wait very long like you do at other hospital locations. The staff is nice but the paperwork is extensive.

I have never had surgery except once as a little kid which I dont remember before today. I was very nervous and the staff here took such great care of...
