We requested an educational consultant for school selection in Montgomery County as we are moving from out of state. Rich matched us with Helaine Zinaman. Helaine struggled with a simple video call and showed up unprepared to our meeting. It quickly became apparent that Helaine didnt know much about Montgomery County schools and after lots of questions she admitted she knew about Prince George County schools but not Montgomery County schools. She offered to educate herself about Montgomery County schools and keep charging us by the hour. We contacted Rich and raised our concerns. Rich offered to let us pay more money to try speaking with a different consultant rather than taking responsibility for his mistake in matching us and providing poor quality service. They kept the money and we still dont have a school for our daughter.

My husband and I have enjoyed working with Rich. He has been a big help in understanding the IEP process and all available services for our son. Rich worked in partnership with our sons IEP team. We cant say enough good things about our familys experience working with Jennifer Fisher at Weinfield Education group. Weve been in contract with Ms. Fisher for 2 of our boys for the last 2 years give or take. Her professionalism and depth of insight have been invaluable to us. On top of that she is an absolute pro at working WITH the schools and not against them. She really in both cases was able to keep both of our boys schools on our side and steer us all in the right direction. In a 6-month period recently both schools suggested private placements for my boys No attorneys no fighting very little struggle She saved us 60000 a year per child for private special Ed placements and saved my boys from more years of struggling in the public school system.
