Weideman Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics

Weve got an appointment scheduled but leaving a review now for the amazing customer service given by LoriLaurie. She was caring accommodating transparent about costs and set expectations for our upcoming visit. She also answered the phone on the first ring which surprised me a bit as most places the phone will ring a while before someone answers. She was very familiar with services and providers at the dental practice. Above all she was simply kind and genuine - enough so that I felt compelled to leave a review based on our conversation. I couldnt be happier with this office. Dr. Andrea is amazing the entire staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing and kid friendly. My 3 year old absolutely loves coming here They really have the magic touch. Highly recommend

This is the best place to take your kids for any dental work. Ive moved from Citrus Heights to Folsom and was using a dentistry in Folsom just come right back. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Today we saw Dr. Chris and Taylor who helped with my 4 years old thru a procedure. They were very patient and thorough in explaining everything. Taylor was so sweet to my daughter who has a brain injury because its not always easy having her at the dentist so thank you. I highly recommend this place.

Great atmosphere and wonderful staff I brought my soon to be 2 year old in today for his first dentist appointment and it was so great The receptionist and intake staff were so pleasant and communicated very well as we waited on the dentist. They were so patient and caring. The dentist sang to my son while she checked his teeth and made him so comfortable. There was plenty to do while we waited and they made us all feel so welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommend

Every visit is wonderful They always take time to explain findings discuss possible solutions and never make you feel bad. Parents are under enough pressure and dental anxiety can heighten that. They do all they can to make their patients and their parents comfortable I have 2 kids who currently see Dr. Chris and my 3rd will start there soon as well The office staff are always kind and accommodating the dental assistants keep the kids smiling and happy and have such a perfect flow with the dentists that make the procedures seemless. I cant say enough good things about this place. Sincerely an adult with dental anxiety that didnt want the same for her kids

My son and daughter have been with Weideman since they were in daycarepreschool. They love the welcoming atmosphere and I love the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. In ten years weve only had great office visits and experiences

All of the staff is amazing but we work a lot with Dr. Chris. Weideman is one of the best pediatric dental groups out there. Today Lupita cleaned the kids teeth and she was great and checked in with the kids to make sure they were comfortable. They are all so gentle and kind with the kids. Were about a 40 min drive away but its so worth it

The staff are all so kind. My 2 daughters love to go to the dentist were so excited for their visits today. I love watching my girls walk in so excited leave with such big smiles. Thank you to the staff

This is such a great place for kids. We absolutely adore Stephanie as our dental assistant. She is the best and made my son laugh through his entire procedure. She was so fantastic we requested her for future appointments. We have never had a bad experience here. Its so peaceful and calming and they have always taken great care of us.

My oldest daughter has been coming here many years and they do so well with her. They take the time to explain what theyre doing as they go and any issues they see. They really are teaching her how to care for her teeth. Now our youngest just went for her 1st appointment and it went so well Plus my kids loved all the toys games movies etc while they waited.As a parent I appreciate their patience with the kids and with answering questions. They made sure I understood what was going on with my kids teeth and why they were making certain recommendations. The appointment does not feel rushed. I highly recommend Weideman
