We Rock the Spectrum Kid's Gym - Universal City

We came across this place because Inflatable Wonderland was closed. We were out celebrating my daughters first birthday. What a gem this place is All my daughters had so much fun. I loved that my baby could do so many things. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for helping me create such perfect memories.

I had my sons birthday party here.We had a great time. The reason I put three stars is because when I reserved my sons party online it clearly says that the deposit can be used at items at the gym.they have a mini selection of items bear the door I even called and asked and I was told I could purchase items with deposit. However when I checked out I asked if I could start picking out stuff from their mini store selection and I was told NO that the deposit doesnt work that way. I explained that a staff member told me over the phone I could and online it states the same thing. I was then told that the staff is new and doesnt really know and my information was taken down and they will have to ask the manager because we rock the spectrum has new management but they know the new management will not want to.Its been almost two months and I still havent heard back. If this is resolved I will update my review.Pros- My child likes it.Staff is friendly.Conns- Lack of communication and failure to find a resolution.Its not as clean

Absolutely amazing and clean. This place even has a arts and crafts room along with so many other activities including zip line Even a calming room with soft lights and a teepee.

My 2 yr old grandson loves this place. We usually go early and during the week so likely thats a benefit. Its very clean and the staff is usually cleaning. Lots of fun things from a trampoline puzzles zip line sensory roll slide small rock wall and about ten different types of swings. They even have a quiet room with a cute little tent and dim lighting. About 90 of the place is protected by gym mats. Just be warned you have to remove your shoes so wear matching socks.

This place is wonderful Equipment is clean and staff is friendly. You can tell its a little older because of a few things like the restroom but you can tell they maintain it very well. Their party area is clean and the floors look new. Will definitely be back again

This place is awesome for my 5 kids ages 1.5 to 11 they all have fun Its priced well and just the right size. Thanks Esther for being helpful and kind

This was our first time here and Esther was very patient w me and explained all the rules and activities my kids could participate in. Friendly staff and clean safe environment for my 3 8 and even 12 yrs old to play Definitely coming back soon

Had my sons birthday party there today and it was great He absolutely loved it. It was the perfect place to take my son with ASD. I felt safe letting him wander around freely. Theres a lot of fun things to climb on and play with. The decorated table they provided was super cute I love that the place is spacious but not too big. Its a good sized place. I could comfortably see my kids. The place was also very clean and organized. The staff was nice and helpful. I would take my kids there again just to play.

This place used to be so fun and had a lot of things for the kids to do. Coming today I noticed toys had missing pieces worker had all of her kids here playing older kids it was very messy. There isnt much here for kids to do and it definitely is not worth the 13 I spent. Wont be coming back. Guess they just stopped caring about this place.

Ester is awesome She gave us a ton of info on up coming camps and Times. So glad I found this place. No more anxiety about taking my toddler to a big play place and losing him among older kids. He had a blast. Very clean lots of things to play on. Fun and safe. Making this place a weekly spot
