I called to schedule my appt with a OBGYN and get a Provider ID. I was patient after I had been on hold for over an hour and 20 minutes after I payed a bill. They have lovely women in the switchboard center but I cannot say the same for the reception area. The one I spoke with was not client friendly she seemed as if she was the one on hold for over an hour and had just got through to me. I needed a Provider ID for my insurance enrollment for next year. The woman had advised me that they do not give that out placed me on another hold and then in fact hung up on me. I waited to see if someone would call me back after they ended the call but they in fact did not and I had to call back the switch board ladies who are again very lovely and was transferred back to the woman that had ended the call previously. I wont lie-- I honestly dont know whatwhy a provider ID was needed for my insurance enrollment. But while I waited on hold AGAIN I decided to see if I could google the Provider ID for the OBGYN I was trying to schedule for and I may have possibly found it. After the hold I was advised she was unable to assist me further and gave me the phone number for the OBGYNs nurses office. I understand people have bad days and Im not blaming the receptionist for me being on hold for so long. I just wish she would of had the same understanding for me.

Dr. Davidoff in Priority Care needs to work on his bedside manner. He is very short answered rude and disregards what you are saying and what your concerns are. He said basically there wasnt anything he could do and it was tuff and we would have to deal with it and that we would have to just wait for specialist to call us for an appt. Never would have gone to him if appointments were open with my primary but that was 3 weeks out and now the specialist appt is 3 months out. If you have a big concern and possible major health issue you need addressed your waiting weeks if not months for a primary or specialist. Looking forward to Lakeland Regional moving into the south Lakeland area considering moving to a primary over there if Watson Clinic doesnt improve.

Like a well oiled machine I am a 25 year RN and understand the challenges of a big health care facility like this. All I can say is whenever Ive been here or needed care Watson on 540 have nailed it kind during chaos efficient skilled. True measure of any facility is the ancillary team and this team is exceptional

Ive tried several times today to make a new patient appointment. I call it goes straight to hold 3 minutes in someone picks up to ask what Im holding for then places me back on hold. 7 minutes in Im done. HORRIBLE I will look elsewhere. If they cannot manage incoming calls thats a big red flag.

I am sharing this review in hopes that the next patient that has foot trouble will be more outspoken with dr. Diperrieo and his lame attempt to diagnose my foot and ankle problems with home some stretches and medication without no x-rays and the fastest foot exam. The appt. Left me speechless and I left feeling that this was a waste of my money. I work hard for my money and thought I was going to get some much needed answers and help with a real diagnosis to help with my pain in my ankles and feet.

Ive had to go there on holidays weekends and normal weekdays. The desk is always polite friendly and cheerful. The doctors have been impressive and helpful.

Arrogant Drs who dont listen to patients complaints.Drs look down to you like your a lieing criminal.If possible avoid this so called medical institution. Now the Drs ect are whining about the fauchie agenda. Refusing fda protocol

The lab could care less about your comfort as a patient and more about getting you in and out. I know exactly who I wont be asking for when I come back for ANY labs

Dr. Cunneen is absolutely wonderful with our little one. She is very knowledgeable and thorough when checking the baby. Her staff is also amazing her nurse Jeanette I cant say enough great things about her and also Amanda she is great as well. You can just tell that they love what they do as well as love and care for the patients. If you ever interact with Dr. Cunneen Jeanette or Amanda you will appreciate your health care workers.
