Watson Clinic - Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center

I had a procedure done at this place and let me start from the beginning. I was scheduled for March 8th with Dr. Mark S as an open appointment two weeks prior. I was told I would receive a phone call to give me arrival times. While at work Chris left me a voice to return the call I did 5 times. Then I get a call to cover my out pocket. Ok. Took care of it. Then the day before of the procedure chris finally calls me back and tells me I need to pay another 1200 or the surgery would not take place. Again I did. So thinking all is a go I was told to arrive a 930 am the next day. So I did Only to be told by the check in desk that my procedure was canceled Thanks Chris Then the lady calls the surgical team and was told to keep me busy in the lobby because they were NOT ready for me. Yes she repeated what she was told so I waited some more. Finally I get taken back for my procedure. I met the anesthesiologist never saw or spoke to my Dr. prior to the procedure I wake up in recovery and again had to wait to be assigned a room. Wonder why After seeing taking to my room and settled in my bed a few hours later I decide to take a walk to the restroom only to find soiled linens from the prior patient in the room. I waited maybe someone would come by and clean it later. I stayed over night and never once saw janitorial services come in. The nurse staff was great in providing attentive care. At the time of my discharge I informed my nurse that they might want to clean the room for the next patient. THANK YOU TO THE NURSE STAFF THEY DID GREAT.

if i could give a 0 star i would. the worst decision i ever made was thinking i could entrust this medical facility in the hands of my mom. they took 4 hours to see us explained it was backed up once we got to see the doctor after 2 hours of entering after 4 hours of waiting in the lobby they simply were joking with their co-workers flirting with the fire department police crew that were there. it was super dirty there was used masks everywhere a smell that i couldnt recognize. very disturbing experience would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

My experience with the staff and how I was treated from ER to admitted to released was amazing. Im one of those who dont go to the hospital until its too late. I was quickly triaged and placed in the ER with a very caring RN by the name of Justin. He was very kind and personable. We talked about the USMC and sports. The bedside manner was exactly what patients need they arent feeling well. Once I was admitted I was brought up to Charlie 2 and was under the care of RNs Kim Garno and Meg not sure of her last name. Both of these women were caring and understanding. It became very evident that each of the nurses I encountered during my stay here LOVE their job. They care about people and want to be part of the healing process.I know we are always so quick to say how things went bad or how we were mistreated. I can imagine how difficult it is to work with people who are in pain all the time. These nurses deserve recognition because I felt safe and cared for while under their care.This is healthcare the makes a difference. Thank you for such a positive experience during a difficult time.

Went to the er with extreme pain in lower left back wasnt muscle pain felt like something internal. Couldnt hardly get them my insurance info because I was shaking a puking like crazy. After waiting for hours taking tests giving them a urine sample with blood they gave me morphine witch helped temporarily. After being there about 5 hours doubled over a nurse came in and said we dont see anything wrong we recommend seeing our urologist with a ton of bad reviews or a primary care doctor. Laying at home in bed in excruciating pain today and no answers. The doctor never came back and spoke with me again. Absolutely useless.

If you have a love one sick for what ever reason DO NOT bring then to this hospital. The care is horrible. Nurses forget to give patients their medications. My mother sat to use the restroom and the nurse said do not get up pull the red cord and ill come get you nurse NEVER came. Another time diferent nurse went to administer her medications she gave me her medicine and left the room without assurance that she took her medication. Another nurse did not want to give my mother a breathing treatment because she had another patient who was more important than my mother her words not mine. There was so many more issues like the doctors giving us wrong information and discharging her even thou she had pneumonia and needed a blood transfusion. There was so many more issues we went through .If I could give -5 stars I would.

My fiance and I had an extremely challenging experience during the birth of our child. The inexperienced nurses caused significant discomfort during examinations and Dr. Kurt Jones the delivering doctor displayed unprofessional behavior exhibiting arrogance and dismissing our concerns. We strongly advise against choosing this hospital for childbirth and suggest seeking alternative options if possible.

I went to the hospital Saturday at 11pm I was having really bad pain with my stomachThey kept did a X-Ray like test and ultrasound so they put me in the over flow room and when I got there to the over flow room Sunday morning around six something in the morning I told one of the nurses there if I could get something for my anxietyShe didnt say anything but look back to the other nurse and told her and the nurse snatched off her headphones and looked at me like she was annoyed and I told her that I need something for my anxietyShe didnt say anything so I went back to my room and then doctor Tiffany came In and said I will get you something for your anxiety they gave me something to clam me down but it was like a sleeping medAnd the other nurse took my vitals this last night she went out and told the other nurse that my BP was low the nurse said oh thats normal for her Id looked at them I said excuse me but thats not normal for me But they roll their eyes and walked out and they discharge me today I will never come back

I took my daughter to the ER last night 121823. She was projectile vomiting and diarrhea. When we got there I rushed her to the bathroom and I called for help. There was a lady sitting right there at the desk outside the bathroom. It took her over 8 minutes to come and she brought a cup to throw up in. She just stood at the door and kept rolling her eyes. When we left my daughter had to use the bathroom and you could see the poop liquid dried on the floor and the throw up still in the sink. This hospital has very poor cleanliness. The staff are just awful. Definitely reporting this to the state agencies for the cleanliness

Got here at 4 the lady was great she gave us ice water even tho the lobby was full and she was the only one working at 7 during shift change while we were in the bathroom one of them threw away our cups so I ask the desk lady for a cup and she looks at me as if Im stooopid then says give me one minute Ill get it its now 107 pm we have yet to get anything she hasnt even acknowledged our existence I asked the white lady and she got an attitude and said she can wait a dam min cause SHE busy but her humbo dumbo big ahh was doing nothing this is horrible disgusting TAMMYpolksucks 4K 4kT

I was extremely hesitant about having surgery here due to the star rating and reviews but this was one of the few locations in my insurance network. I had faith in my surgeon and decided to do it. Wow I was pleasantly surprised From the beautiful facility to the professional kind caring staff the preop through discharge experience was top notch Highly recommended
