WaterWorks Aquatics - Huntington Beach

This place is such a ripped-off. Without the package one semi-private session costs 35 w the package it is still 28 for 20 minutes. However the session is shared with another kid so your kid would have 10 minutes to learn. The instructors like to call off last minute. Instead of trying to find a replacement they would cancel the sessions without telling me.Besides the water looks milky like they havent replaced it in years. My kid complained that her eyes hurt after her lesson. If you want to use the common pool after the session it is another 10 extra for 2 hours I believe. That pool is small and dirty. They allow adults so some creepy men in the pool were staring at my daughter. I will never come back here again.

We recently hosted our sons 11th birthday party at Waterworks Aquatics HB and it was an incredible experience The kids had an absolute blast enjoying the warm indoor pool and we truly appreciated the safety measuresthere were always two attentive lifeguards on duty who did an amazing job huge kudos to them Sorry dont remember their names.A special shoutout to the administrator supervisor Kerstin who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She and the team helped us unload and set up our decorations and food and she stayed with us throughout the entire party checking in to see if we needed anything. Everything was well-organized and both the kids and their parents were super impressed and happy.We highly recommend Waterworks Aquatics for birthday parties and will definitely be coming back again.Thank you for an unforgettable celebration and wonderful memories

Update The customer service person reached out to me and the school are gonna give us a makeup lesson for the our experience at the first lesson. I appreciate that their sincere response to my review.The reason why I chose this swimming school is each 10min free pool time beforeafter class. But today my daughter had to leave after only 5min free time due to the next swimming class at the small pool. 15 MINS before the class. It doesnt make any sense. After I found out there is the class for little ones at the small pool at 1100 so I rescheduled the classes for my daughter so that she can have full 10 min free time. But she had to leave 15min before 1100 Her class was 1020-1040. Actually our experience of the first class wasnt great. Her instructor was 10min late no apology for being late and she gave my daughter only 15 min class. I didnt say anything bc the student was only my daughter so she got a private lesson so I was like oh well..The facility is old and a part of the ceiling in the girls locker room fell off.I would not come back here after 10 lesson s I already purchased. And I would not recommend this swimming school.

We love our instructor Ms. Sandy. Shes amazing patient and gentle with her instructions. My child has progressed very far in the last few months.

Granddaughter 1st swim..lesson today. 15 months but did fairly ok with mommy and me...

We started taking our daughter here when she was 5 months old. She really likes her personalized parent me lessons The classes are very small and the instructors deliver personalized care. They are knowledgeable in infant swim instruction and their finesse puts us at ease. I wish the pool was warmer it doesnt feel 90F as advertised and that their website was more user-friendly in scheduling. Overall I recommend Waterworks

We were recommended by a friend to Waterworks the summer of 2021 and we havent left since Every instructor including those we have interacted with for customer service needs have been amazing. My son started when he was 5 and is so confident and capable in a pool without assistance. I would recommend this to everyone Side note All instructors are phenomenal but Vinny and Jeffrey have been our regular instructors for quite sometime. They are absolutely incredible. Fun patient knowledgeable.. I truly have nothing bad to say about Waterworks.

My grandson has enjoyed the expert swimming instructions with Celine and Isabella for the past year. It has been very enjoyable for him and gratifying to our family to see the competency these devoted ladies display with all the students as we observe twice a week. Its so great to have this essential service so close to home and a great place for health and exercise. Thank you Waterworks at HB. BTW The Office Staff is great too

My daughter has been going to swim lessons here with Ashley for the past 6 months. She absolutely loves coming here and loves Ashley Ashley has been so wonderful and patient with our daughter and we have noticed such a huge improvement as well in her swimming since she started She loves the water now and gets so excited for each lesson with Ashley. I cant say enough about how great this place is We are so happy taking her here

My son absolutely loves his lessons with Vinny every week He is so patient encouraging and kind and makes the experience so great for my six year old. Upon entering his first lesson he was unable to swim and with a Hawaiian vacation rapidly approaching I was more than nervous. In no time at all he was swimming and reaching water safety levels I am more than pleased with program and would happily recommend Waterworks to anyone.
