Beaming Review
I enrolled with waterworks for my son since he was 4 and he will soon to be 8. I also introduced my friends and other family members to go with them. They are great! The teachers are nice and we love them all. It is about freezes! So if you cancel a class before you can do a make up lesson and they have a new thing for freeze! The way they explained sounded really useful, but it’s a big NO! You can only use it if you cancel another class in order to use that freeze! And guess what? You will loose the class that you canceled. I have 6 classes for the kids left. 2 make up and 4 freezes. So someone there called me back today! Explained really well and I tried! I lost the classes, 3 classes in total. She told me if I canceled the class and use freeze it will go back to paid lesson! Yes it did, but you will loose the class you canceled in ordered for you to use the freeze classes which you also paid for it. It’s a scam!
