ConsClasses are in a outsourced adults gym pool. So photos shown online are not true reflection of the pool space. You cannot book makeups in classes that doesnt have another child enrolled in it already and bc I can only enroll in a class that has another child in it. Rep said each kid technically only gets 10mins in each class that you pay for.How upsetting to hear I paid for these classes and its true intention is to only be for 10mins per session for a 20min class. Thats deceitful. Even though its consider make-up classes i still paid. Fact i cannot book it on the days are clearly available bc of some rule. Classes are shorter then other industry swim schools already which is normally 30min classes. So i had to pay for 2x 20min class in order to be beneficial for my kidOnly pro Is that the teachers are great so far. The booking tool is ok and easy to use

The reason for posting this review of my recent Interaction with the Customer care Executive Jonathan who not even only tried and patiently heard and understood my situation but went far over my expectations to resolve my issue. I generally do not give any public reviews but I am completely disappointed in this facility and overall management of waterworks smim and their policies.. My young kids who enrolled 2.5 years ago didnt make any progress. They kept changing instructors timings schedule on the day of the lesson constantly where the kids just couldnt get any continuity not to mention the havoc it creates in driving them back and forth in short notice while working from home.On top of it once we buy a package the management was adamant they dont return the money close to a 1000 dollar for the pkg despite kids not making any progress and telling them multiple times that its not working for the kids or parents. At this point I feel like Im burning money because they absolutely dont care about your kids progress once youve committed.The management was rude to the point where inspite of me repeating the performance issues they wouldnt address the issue and just repeat their process policies verbatim. Its like talking to a wall.The 1 star is for the many instructors who are generally good when they show up.Please dont waste your money or the kids time here.UPDATE After posting this review a customer relations manager reached out and was making the effort to resolve the many scheduling change of instructor issues I pointed out. Hopefully the kids are now put in with more reliable instructors for continuity.
