I like that you can kinda of go at your own pace and schedule through the app. However we often get cancelled last minute due to the instructors being out.

This is a horrible set up and a scam. I signed up for classes 1 x per week the same hour they automatically took money from my account they emailed me to to tell my classes were no longer available that day time and they would NOT refund my money. this is THEFTSince then I have not been able to use up the classes bc there is NEVER an instructor available except during school hours. They REFUSE to refund me and the make up classes expire if not used I have to go on daily and cant find a classUPDATE - I didnt allow the system to auto deduct more money from my account and now all the classes I paid for are gone. While Lisa in Customer Relation is good a customer service and trys her best the problem is much bigger then her there is an entire operational failure here they are taking money with no instructors to do the classes. BE WARNED

This school is a nightmare to schedule classes. Weve been taking classes on and off since 2019. Their system has taken classes away from me and I have had to spend countless phone calls correcting these issues. Its maddening. The teachers are good instructors but the blood pressure spikes I get from having to deal with them is just not worth it. Just go somewhere else. We have a few classes left and will not be continuing.

The instructors are kind and knowledgeable. Our granddaughter has learned the fundamentals of swimming and has come to enjoy it very much. The facility is always clean and the water is maintained at a warm level. The facility has been focused on safety concerns especially with these unprecedented COVID concerns.

The instructors and company cancel classes at last minute leaving YOU to scramble for another class and mess up your entire schedule.

Quality of coaches is fine. We had lessons with 3 different coaches and all were friendly patient and good with kids. My young child learned the basics of swimming fairly easily and without frustration.Unfortunately the logistics of a scheduling or changing a lesson is a nightmare. 25 of the time we would show up for our SCHEDULED lesson only for the coaches to be double booked with other kids have no record of our lesson. Another 10 of the time lessons would be cancelled with about an hours notice sometimes only via email or a phone call with no voice message left. Parents - you understand the pain of getting your kids into swim gear schlepping them to the pool and trying to fit a swim lesson into your busy day. Imagine doing all that and then showing up to the pool only to be told your kids arent on the schedule. It has been beyond frustrating to show up for each lesson feeling like its a crapshoot if you will actually get a lesson. My recommendation there are lots of good coaches at other swim schools. Dont set yourself up with the logistical nightmare that is WaterWorks.
