I needed to have a root canal and was traveling out of the country for 2 weeks. I tried every dentist and endodontist in and out of my area of Lake Geneva. No one would help. A coworker suggested her dentist in Waterford. When I called the receptionist was very caring and offered to go speak to a dentist. They got me in that afternoon and proceeded to do my root canal. The whole experience was outstanding and my husband and I have found a new dentist. Thank you again

I encourage everyone in and around Waterford to use this dental practice. We have been going to them ever since moving to Waterford in 2005.Over the weekend I developed terribleMouth pain that literally made me sick. They saw me first thing this morning. They quickly diagnosed what was going on and took the time to address the pain immediately. Dr. Zach walked me through the process and told me everything that was happening at the time.I already feel so much better. They are such a great organization and Waterford is so lucky to have them.

Seriously disappointing set of experiences here. 1. Their scheduling is so frustrating not helped by the staff that lack knowledge of what patients need....

I love this dental office Dr. Lihn and Dr. Zach are great So kind and friendly and they listen to all your concerns with sincerity. The dental work Ive had done here is done with great care.. The office staff is helpful and attentive as well. I highly recommend this family friendly office

I cracked a crown and Dr. Lin fitted me with a temporary crown very quickly. The new crown came in and they got me in quickly again. It is the best fitting crown Ive ever had Thank you Waterford Family Dental. Everyone is amazing.

Met with Zak today and had a great experience. My smile is looking amazing He made repairs to a chipped lower front tooth resin repairs to my upper front teeth and replaced a failed fillingcracked tooth. Im as happy as ever with my smile Thanks for your great work

HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10 stars if I could. I hadhave major dental issues lots of chipped teeth decay sensitivity etc. Nothing short of amazing what Dr.Linn and staff were able to accomplish in just a hour and a half. I literally teared up in the car on my way home. Thank you so much for giving me back the confidence to smile without hesitation. I have a couple visits left but you and your team did an absolutely outstanding job

So im scared to death of dentists. I went here today and let me assure you i was afraid. However with a very professional and welcoming staff i was readily seated for a root canal procedure and let me tell you no worries and no problems All the numbing stuff has worn off and im at a 110 on the pain scale. I highly recommend everyone make this their home dentist because i sure will
