Introduction
What words would you use to describe yourself?
- Passionate: I’m lucky to have found a career that makes work feel a lot less like work. I’m passionate about supporting my clients and their families—whether that’s helping explain an IEP, advocating for a client to receive an AAC device, or collaborating with a child’s other providers and educators.
- Curious: I enjoy keeping up to date with current research in the field and make continuing education a priority to better serve my clients.
- Adaptable: My ability to follow a child's lead while continuing to address their communication goals makes speech therapy more engaging and authentic.
