Vivage Senior Living - Westminster- Clear Creek Care Center

Ive been working here for over 5 months and so far I can say its one of the better care centers in the area I love to come into work every day and help care for all the people I can. I can say that my coworkers are nice and very helpful always looking to give the best care they can. Im exited for what the future will bring to this place and im ready to meet all the new faces Ill see.

Clear Creek Care Center provided great care for my brother. The staff were compassionate and caring. I am grateful for all you did. Having dialysis on site was a blessing.

My grandfather was here for a few months. Its my belief their lack of care led to his death. While he was living here during mass another resident ran over his foot with her wheelchair. My grandfather was a diabetic on dialysis 3 times a week for nearly 20 years.. his kidneys were weak. His body could not fight infection by itself. They did not tend to his foot properly and and it became infected. After two separate amputations. First three toes then half of his foot. Sepsis finally took him.. he was showing signs of sepsis for two days.. they only sent him to the hospital after a fall from his bed in which he cracked his ribs.. I know we only put our parents grandparents in these places towards the end of their lives.. but mine lived less than a year in this place and I know it was because of their lack of care to his wound and him. I dont believe he received adequate care.22 response to ownerMy grandfather passed nearly 6 months ago. There is nothing you can do make the situation right for us. There for there is no need for me to contact anyone. The point of my review is to help others with their decision of where to place their parents. Hopefully by you seeing my review your staff can improve on their care of your current and future residents.

This has been one of the worst experiences in a medical facility I have ever had. SCL Hospital would only release me to a care center which should have been fine but in 6 days I only had two rehab appointments. I was only there to get strong and balanced enough for my husband to care for me at home but after no attention I had to check myself out. My medications were given at the wrong times in some cases they were in the wrong dosages. Having fallen with a deep laceration in my scalp my scalp was bleeding through its dressings. Even though blood was on my pillow cases all the time no one bothered to redress it. I only had two showers in 6 days. The food was truly awful. Clear Creek Care Center should have its licenses revoked.

This place was awful and for my mother. She was there for rehab from a stroke. They gave her blood thinners even though the hospital said to discontinue because she had a brain bleed. They could have caused her brain to bleed again They forgot to give her dinner one night she was freezing and they didnt give her enough blankets rarely brought her water. Horrible care We got her out of there as soon as we could even though they wanted to keep her.

I used to visit Clear Creek as a singer since about 2018. always a good happy crowd with good and ample staff. Since thePandemic things have changed there....

I pray when I get old they never place me here the nurses do not love their jobs just the pay check they better hope and pray the care they give does not...

Great community. Had a family member here for rehab informative therapy department Executive Director responsive and truly cares about patients. I felt included in the care process which I really appreciated it helped with planning discharge process and ensuring I was aware what we needed to plan for.

My father receives exceptional kind attentive long term care at CCCC in Westminster every day. At 100 wheelchair bound and hearing disabled he still loves...

This place needs the administration dismissed. They handle no complaints from patients or their family the physical therapist in particular will only argue with you. She needs to shut her mouth and listen but she wont to the point that shes been told several times my Mother will not be staying in their permanently yet still documents and verbally express the opposite. They wait so long to answer a call for assistance the patients help other patients. If they like being dismissive maybe they should Be Dismissed. If it were possible this would be a zero star rating. A good example is Carolyns review she is no longer there and the genius that responds is thanking her for being a resident She is no longer there because she needs 24 hour care because of them and chose a different facility and Company. Pull your head out Rick

As a result of a fall at home I ended up in the hospital and then was right here to Clear Creek care center in Westminster Colorado. The facilities are immaculate. The staff are phenomenal. The food is wonderful. If anyone were to ask me to recommend a nursing home it would NOT be Clear Creek Care Center. I mean that sincerely I have been here for nearly 2 weeks and I really know where of I speak. May 19 2023 update. I am currently in Berkley Manor nursing home and I am totally unable to walk because of being left in my bed 247 no physical therapy and had to give up living independently in my own apartment because of the lack of physical activity and therapy. Speaking to my brother prompted my voluntary exit from Clear Creek Care Center. As a result I cannot be moved to Life Care Center of Westminster where I want to go. Its very close to my family and Im familiar with the center because my late brother-in-law was there for awhile years ago.If anyone is in need of a top level nursing home care facility I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend Clear Creek care center of Westminster Colorado. Ibe been left a cripple and had to give up my apartment after 13 years.

I have been a volunteer at Clear Creek for many years. Shana and Maddison activities staff and all staff members are always helpful and kind. Rusty keeps the building clean and beautiful. Their safety protocols are current. I highly recommend Clear Creek.4-4-21 My visit today with residents and staff was very good as usual. 6-22-21 I went to facilitate our Prayer Circle today. Im thankful for my friends there and the staff that takes very good care care of everyone2-6-22 Always a great interaction with Activities Director Shana and my friends there3-20-22 Shana is a blessing to the residents She is so good at her job

My Mom was in this place for over 2 years and my dad went every day he could to see visit and he never had any kind of problems with care or cleanliness. They are so kind and compassionate with residents. My mom had the best care here. Thank you for being such a good place for my mom Diana Boyer to spend her last few years. You all took such good care and were good people to her. My mom passed yesterday and they helped us so much with everything from start of care to my moms last breath.
