A nurse named Franca treated to kill my cousin and his mom and sister We believe that she is antisemetic. Hes had things stolen from his room and his mail. Its shameful and they wont admit or fix any of it. They say they investigate the issues and deny and lie about all of it. Its not surprising but it is disappointing. Plus the owner doesnt care and adds several fake five star reviews. Just check the dates and you will see. Its sickening

NURSE FRANCA THREATENED TO KILL MY COUSIN AND HIS MOM AND SISTER WITH A FIRE ARM AND SHE STILL WORKS HERE.. Anti-SemitismApparently the owner of this facility does not care. Franca was also caught stealing mail from my cousin to punish him. Again the owner does not care. They run internal investigations in which they dont share the documents and automatically consider the resident a liar. Its cowardly and criminal. It will be reported to the local newspapers.HEY OWNER why dont you grow a pair and reprimand your employee. And dont try to attack my cousin for freedom of speech. This is our constitutional right. I already heard that after his last post that you issued him a 30 day eviction notice. Is that how you handle your problems And if its not true then state openly why and provide the paperwork to prove it. Dont hide behind false reports and false witnesses.And dont you dare try to dump my cousin off at the hospital because you cant handle the heat. Dont let your employees run around like Terrorists. Its the wrong time in our history to be threatening peoples lives. As a matter of fact my cousin is registered as a Christian on his paperwork there and she is a Muslim. This looks like antisemitism going on and I sure hope its not. Buy a lie detector if you think my cousins lying. Im sure hed be really more than willing to take it.Use your head. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck its probably a duck If she didnt do it then why wouldnt she ask him to remove the comment at least for the facility sake Its up to you but shes letting you take the hit.

I have been here a few times to visit a couple of friends. The staff puts up a good front when family is around. Walk out of the room but not walk away and listen how they treat clients. They open mail and go through belongings while clients are away on medical appointments. When confronted by family members the staff retaliates on the client. Horrible place. Get your family out of here if you love them. Would be 9 or negative stars if I could.

It is refreshing to see so many staff members working with residents facility smells clean and feels good. Resident looked well cared for and happy

As a representative for distribution and also a production company I can confidently say that the leadership team and staff have the absolute best interest of the residents and families.Specifically the nursing staff and administrative personnel are outstanding and you wont find a better serving team in the Denver area.

It is a pleasure to visit and a comfort knowing my loved ones are cared for. I visit my parents often and know most of the staff at Parkview Nursing Home. The facility is clean and smells nice. The office staff is always in a good mood greetable and lights up the nursing home. The office staff and facility director are always prompt and present in answering my questions and picking up the phone. Working with Amber was a good experience. Ambers knowledge helped me to navigate the elderly system and future preparations with my parents. The maintenance men have kept my parents room in good condition. The facility looks well-maintained. These men are kind and respectful to our family. My parents have no complaints about the food they serve. My preference would be to include other choices. My parents love being cared for by Beatrice LPN who has cared for them since they arrived a year ago. B makes it easy for my parents to communicate with her although they do not speak English fluently. Knowing I can always count on Cecilias and Beatrices knowledge and excellent judgment is always a comfort. The team that works closely with my parents is committed to providing my parents with good care. Lulu Cecilia and Beatrice to acknowledge a few of the excellent staff that make a difference in my parents care. Like any other facility a few need to be committed to their job. Things that could improve are the physical therapy techs to be more encouraging when working with my mom in walking as this can lead to other complications. I pick up my parents laundry and despite this fact clothing continues to go missing. Beatrice Andoh RN should be professional caring for patients and understanding elderlies vulnerability.

The team at parkview is always welcoming and supportive to family and visitors. It is always a welcoming presence when you walk into the parkview. The staff are fabulous.

My father has been at the facility for 6 months and he is enjoying his stay which makes me happy. He has made friends with the staff and residents and he tells me about it. My father only speaks Spanish so he feels very comfortable that most of the staff are Bilingual and they are able to communicate. I notice that the staff who speak only English still manage to communicate well with my father and I really appreciate it. My father enjoys the physical therapy he does on a daily basis as well as playing bingo and facility activities. He especially enjoys the outings to the parks movies museums etc. I have found the staff to be professional. I visit my father at least once a week often twice a week and I find he is clean as well as his room bathroom and facility. The people are friendly and always greet me when I am there. Ive made several requests of the staff and some even in the late evening hours and my concerns have always been addressed. ParkView is working for my father and I.

The administrator the receptionist and the medicine nurse are very nice. I did what one of the other relatives suggested. I sit back and watched this weekend. The call lights werent answered for two hours. The workers were talking among themselves. I called the person who answered didnt act like she understood English. I listened to the residents talk. My loved one was left on a bed pan for two hours. This is a place to go when you cant find anywhere else. It should only be used short term. I dont want my loved one here more than a few weeks. This place worries me.After this post I did receive a call from Chad. He did seem to care about the weekend staffs behavior. So maybe all that needs to be done is bringing the behavior to someones attention.
