About Vilij ABA

We are an ABA therapy practice; where the focus is progress, not profits, and where actions speak louder than words. We believe it takes a village to help children and families reach their highest potential. We look forward to being a part of your Vilij.

Vilij ABA is built upon a decade worth of experience on what works, and what doesn’t. As a small business, we are not funded by private equity and to me that means more time educating and growing our team. For the clients we work with, it means we put patients over profit and families over financials. When ABA is done right, patients make growth, families get the support they need, and business grows with the earned loyalty and support from the communities they serve. We so grateful to have the opportunity to serve our families and feel fortunate to be able to mentor the next generation of ABA providers.

Founding Story

ABA is a deeply personal form of therapy. After over a decade with large ABA companies I know what feels right and what doesn’t. I’m confident where patient needs are for ABA services; as Clinical Director with Vilij I have the opportunity to build a practice fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, integrity, and collaboration. Patients before profits and families before financials. To me that is the way it should be. There’s no one size fits all in ABA. In the end, actions speak louder than words or fancy marketing.

At present, Vilij ABA is an in-home and clinic based ABA provider, built upon a decade worth of experience on what works, and what doesn’t. As a small business, we are not funded by private equity and to me that means more time educating and growing our team. For the clients we work with, it means we put patients over profit and families over financials. When ABA is done right, patients make growth, families get the support they need, and business grows with the earned loyalty and support from the communities they serve. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to serve our families and feel fortunate to be able to mentor the next generation of ABA providers. ABA is a deeply personal form of therapy and there are real world consequences when families are not supported or the system fails them. I may not have all the answers but I will always do my best to be an advocate for the families I serve and a leader for the team we have created. We have a lot of work to do and we are excited to grow with our families by our actions.

Beaming Review

We've had ABA at other clinics. I had my intake and I felt a genuine sense of kindness and caring. We've been with this company now for over a year and my child has grown so much in terms of how he copes, daily living skills-independence, and generalizing things outside of sessions. Their authorization team has also been amazing. We had difficulty in the beginning and they were able to get confirmation of my in-network status despite challenges I had with insurance in the past. Appreciation to the team.

I was drawn to Vilij after our intake because they were open with me from the start and that continued as we've received services. It was important for me to find someone who was willing to work with our child's other therapists. I know what my child is working on, can see the growth, and my questions are answered.

Beaming Review

We've had ABA therapy in the past - I think the difference here is just the availability, communication, and involvement of the team. We've gone weeks and in worst cases, a month or so, before hearing from our BCBA. If I reach out to someone at Vilij, I hear back, if I have concerns, I feel like I'm heard. When you're stressed and have questions being able to call a number and get an actual person means a lot.
