Great Dentist and staff. Answered all my questions and are friendly and helpful.

Like everyone else we are all a little timid when it comes to going to the dentist. I went to Dr. Iva to have a deep cleaning done and she has become my favorite dentist. Dr. Iva always makes sure you are comfortable and is very kind. Besides being a great dentist she has an amazing staff to match. Ashley Lucy are amazing. Lucy really takes the time to clean your teeth and is very gentle about it. If you have a fear of the dentist then this is the place for you I recommend her to everyone

Great service and care Exam and cleaning by Dr Borjas. Very helpful and receptive to sensitivity concerns. Organized professional and friendly. Wonderful assistants. Just moved so happy to find a new and trusted provider.

I havent seen a dentist in a long time. The staff at VIG Dental was friendly and professional. Lucy the hygienist was gentle thorough and kind. Dr Borjas explained everything clearly and much to my relief I was not shamed for not seeing a dentist for a long time.

I went to this office for check up and cleaning for my son. He was deemed to have 5 cavities which were said to be urgent and the sooner we did them the better. I expressed I am available and would like to have work done. The doctor then began saying she will be on vacation and pointed me to the other doctor for an appointment. She gave me a referral for pediatric dentist and said we can also have work done in their office as well. I scheduled 2 appointments with the other doctor for August. I only called today to reschedule one of these appointments and after the lady at the register recorded them in the system I received a call back and it was another woman telling me that they cannot do absolutely any work meaning all of my sons appointments had to be cancelled. I am sitting here in comfort thinking we can start some treatment at least in the beginning of August only to be notified a month after our initial appointment that he cant have work done at this office and all of the appointments are out the window. I am beyond dissatisfied and frustrated. It begs the question why did they even scheduled these appointments on the first place if this was the case and he cant have work done in this office. Dr. Iva even came to us at the front desk and went over the vacation dates with the front desk personnel. If she thought this is not something that could be done in this office she would instruct them to not even set up appointments. The woman who called me to cancel all appointments even had the audacity to say that we may come back to this office for normal visits after treatment is completed . No I do not wish to come here at all. I liked the doctor and the visit was pleasant but this front desk registration miscommunication is unbelievable.84 updateIva conveniently omits some key facts. Correct chronology is that I was informed ON 725 that the appointments were not cancelled and was offered to go to which I agreed and said we will. She then swayed the conversation in the direction of how she wasnt happy with my review and deemed it inaccurate in her opinion. Mind you she wasnt even present in the country at the time let alone part of the conversation I had with front desk. I replied that my review was factually correct and presented the experience I encountered accurately. Every time she offered for me to still have the appointments a comment about my review followed. This argument about how she disagrees with the review is what caused me to not want to go to that office even with the offer to still have the appointments. And no I am not confusing that I had a phone call with this office in which they cancelled my appointments. It is in my call logs with date time and duration of calls. This office called to cancel and the appointments were scheduled for another dentist not her. I find it very rude and unprofessional to claim that I am not in full awareness whom I spoke to that day. There are 2 call logs one outgoing to their office at 219 pm for duration of 12 mins and right after that there is the incoming which I received from the office at 241pm for 7 minutes and 20 seconds. I am not confusing whom I spoke with and I have absolutely no call logs that day with other dental offices to be confused with. This is insulting to imply. The whole conversation felt very much insulting as she was constantly pointing back to my review. I wouldnt be surprised if my cancelled appointments reemerged only because of it.

I have always had a good experience when I visit VIG dental. Everyone there is friendly as well as professional. I know I will get good compassionate care whenever I visit. I cant say that about all dentists I have seen. I fully trust the care I receive. I was a nurse for 40 years and have met many health care professionals I rank her in the top percentage of all I have worked with. the reason I will return to VIG Dental for all my dental needs is because of all the things I have mentioned above .

I found Dr Arnaudova when I needed emergency dental work done about 5 years ago and she became my regular dentist. Shes fantastic and her team is excellent as well. Very gentle no pain and everything was explained very clearly before they started. The office is clean modern and comfortable and theyre good working with different insurance carriers.

Wonderful staff Dr Iva is awesome. Everyone was friendly and courteous. My dental procedure was explained to me very clearly and all my questions were answered knowledgeably. I get very anxious going to the dentist and everyone was very comforting. I would highly recommend VIG to anyone.
