Vesta, Inc. - Lexington Park

Im having difficulty coping with life. I finally worked up the nerve and reached out to Vesta for help. I submitted my online referral application 2 weeks ago on Sunday May 22nd. Ive called twice left voicemails and contacted them via email since then. Needless to say I have yet to hear back. Sadly incidents such as this is why so many lose hope and give up. May they RIP. Whomever is struggling with their mental health stay strong and reach out. There are compassionate professional counseling centers out there that will actually acknowledge potential patients. I dont like leaving negative reviews but Ive been more than reasonable. Two weeks is plenty of time for someone to have gotten back with me by now. I had to rate one star in order to leave a review.UPDATE I was contacted by Vesta two days after posting my initial review go figure. I was informed that I would receive paperwork via email to complete in order to schedule an in-take appointment. I was also told I needed to submit my insurance card which I did the following day. Yet againtwoweeks later I have not heard back. Vesta my question to you is why bother calling when you have zero intention on following through Smfh. This business is straight trash.
