Valued Voices

Sholeh and her Team at Valued Voices are phenomenal. Not only do they really go above and beyond for each kiddo but you can tell they really care by the things they do and remember. My son is 4 years old non verbal and Autistic and we have been to multiple places but none that compare to Valued Voices. They meet weekly to go over each child in detail and if somethings not working they do their best to change it up or find something that does. So grateful we found them and would 100 recommend to anyone not just for speech but OT also

Sholeh and her Valued Voices team have been heaven sent for our son. Our son has been in speech and occupational therapy since August of 2021 and he has made so much progress Not only do they have fantastic therapists but Genna and Sholeh make you feel as if youre a part of their family. I know my son has made such bonds with some of his therapists. I can email or call them with questions or concerns knowing they have his best interest at heart. Although my family and I have recently moved to Carlsbad we have absolutely no plans of going anywhere else for STOT. I cannot express enough how thankful our family is to have found them

We found Valued Voices through a recommendation of my sister in law who is a SLP up north. I had interviewed with 3 other SLPs before ultimately meeting with Sholeh and deciding that even though they were out of our network VV was the place for us. Everyone from the office manager Genna to our SLP Ms. Taylor were truly amazing and most of all CARING. You really felt like each person was there rooting for you and your childs success. Its not often that you speak with the owner directly and Sholeh just has that way of letting you know that she genuinely cares because she does. My son progressed with his speech a lot over the last 8 months and Ms. Taylor has been instrumental in his growth. She has a great balance of letting the child lead while also encouraging them when they need a little push. Were very grateful to Sholeh and Ms. Taylor for setting a wonderful foundation for my son. Valued Voices has been very supportive both from an administrative and coordination standpoint scheduling insurancey information etc. and providing speech therapy support to our daughter Nalani but also to us as parents As parents we are learning alongside our kids what their needs are and what challenges they may be having and how to understand them but also support our children. Valued Voices has made this process easier by literally coaching me through such as I attend the sessions with Nala but also learn how and what I can do at home for homework. Both Taylor Gemma Ashley and Sholeh have been amazing to work with In one month and coming in twice a week for one on one 30 minute sessions we have seen a drastic improvement in Nalas speech. Her confidence is higher shes talking more and her preschool teachers also have noticed a difference. We look forward to the additional changes and improvements to come thank you

Excellent service. My daughter really enjoys the classes and loves to spend time with Ms.Kathy.Were happy with the progress in improving her pronunciation.The staff is very supportive in coordinating schedule changes too.

Valued Voices client service is disappointing no respect to customers time.We have arrived to the 1st practical session. We arrived on time and have been waited for 20 mins near room - nothing was happening no one welcomed us or guided us.To our surprise later we received a message from an administrator claiming we had missed our appointment and offering to reschedule it. But during these 20 mins of waiting no no one attempted to contact us and let us know that we are waiting in a wrong placeIn addition to time wasted it also disrupted my childs mood - we had to take him from playing with friends for nothing.My advice to Valued Voices be more respectful to the time of your clients. Valued Voices puts my sons needs first. He has OT and Speech and loves both his therapist. This is not something that comes easy since he has social anxiety and selective mutism. They take the time to build a relationship with him earn his trust and is super patient with him. Depending on his emotions which can vary in each session both therapist are ready to make the necessary changes to help keep him engaged through the session. They keep him challenged so he keeps learning but also mindful of not pushing too much to have him shut down. As a mother I appreciate that so much They take care of the authorization with the Insurance along with the billing. They accommodate to meet the needs of a busy moms life with appointments which is great Keep up the good work They are making a difference in my sons life Thank you to the Team at Valued Voices

We are clients of Valued Voices and have been for almost 3 12 years. Speech therapy has been quite the journey for my daughter and this is the longest weve chosen to stay with a company. They really are that good. My daughters speech and language has come a long way in a pretty short time. This has been the most progress we have seen since she has continuously been in therapy for the last 12 years. I cant say enough great things about Sholeh Genna and our therapist.Sholeh is amazing Not only is she very knowledgeable but she thinks outside of the box. This has been super helpful for my daughter and her speech delay challenges. I appreciate her taking the time to collaborate with her therapists and she knows where each kid is in their journey.Genna is so good at what she does. Working with her on scheduling billing and insurance changes has been so easy. Shes kind and takes the time to speak with me and also makes sure things are taken care of promptly so there isnt a delay in my daughter receiving services. She has been a huge help to my family.Our therapist is the BEST Shes so nice so caring and really spent time to learn about my daughter and her interests. I appreciate her building a rapport that has proven itself to be beneficial during therapy. At the end of the session shell go over progress successes and where homework may be needed. Shes always punctual and she comes up with really fun engaging activties. She is always happy and you can tell she loves what she does.I would definitely recommend Valued Voices to anyone looking for exceptional therapy. Everyone here feels like family to me and I am thankful our paths have crossed.

We absolutely love Valued Voices and couldnt be more happy with the progress our son has made. I love their hands on approach and continued follow up and measurements of milestones. The constant communication between them and the school makes it so easy for everyone to be one the same page for your childs success. Couldnt recommend them more

I cant say enough good things about Valued Voices Our Pediatrician recommended them to us when we were worried about our 1 and a half year olds language development. Sholeh and her team are outstanding They immediately made me and my daughter feel so welcome and at home. We have seen SO much progress in our daughters speech development. Every week she is saying new words and finding new ways to communicate with us. It brings us such joy. The specialists at Valued Voices want to see your child succeed just as much as you do. I dont know what we would have done without them.
