I gave four stars to the fact as being a peer support specialist at 1st St. It was an incredibly challenging journey for me. I was sad to go but look back to why I ever left. The clients are amazing people to work with and the staff werent too bad. Good to read such great reviews. Awesome

Good clinic. Most of the staff is friendly the nurses are nice every once in a while theyll get a little snappy but to be expected. Im not sure of her title but Angela is the best Youll check-in with her before seeing a nurse or doctor and shes awesome. For assisted medical treatment for people in addiction I recommend Valle.

The front desk girls are amazing Ive been coming here for years and there always so nice and they care about the patients rides and safety I love how there ontop of the rides Nd get them pushed out for clients to get picked up they keep a very peaceful environment I love them thank you girls

This place is a joke They claim to be there for their clients yet thats hardly the case. The councels communication with the doctor is like the communication youd receive from a court appointed attorney shady misconstrued. This place would fall apart if it wasnt for Angela though I dont know her job title she is basically the only person that knows how to do her job then some. She is awesome doesnt get the credit she deserves As far as the doctor goes Im sure the only reason he has this job is because you dont actually have to be a doctor to do it He probably graduated bottom of his class. He has very poor hygiene if Im not mistaken hes on some sort of drug himself

Excellent service best of all free of charge They care about your recovery NOT your money. They treat you like an adult not like a child .... the doctor was respectful straight forward and thorough. This was the first doctor andor clinic to send me for bloodwork not just the usual health check .... he included tests to see if my liver had any damage whether it was working correctly.The counselors are very professional educated and sincerely want you to succeed in your recovery. They go out of their way to ensure everyone is doing alright is getting what you need to stay clean.Last but definitely not least The nurses....always amazing .... they always do their very best to ensure doses are given in a timely matter .....Ive never heard one ever complain even when they had good reason too .... they treat each patient with respect honestlyAnd of course I have to mention Security....he always greats you with a smile hello. Is respectful and keeps things running smoothly with professionalism.

Honestly this is actually the best clinic Ive been too. There dosing hours are PERFECT from 430am - 4pm so if you have a job you shouldnt have a problem dosing. Ive been to Southwest and Connection Az and so far this has been the best clinic out of the other 2. The staff is also super kind and friendly and thats huge since your trying to get help as it is you wont have to feel like your being judged by the staff if your on drugs. Anyways great place give it a try.

The staff are very nice.Only problem I would say is that theyre not very transparent about some policies.Feels as if they set you up to fail.Couldve used their help to help me ween off of what I was prescribed but its my problem now since I dont want to risk getting hooked on something else that Ive never taken.So make sure you discuss some kind of end game when you feel like you dont need what theyre giving you to help with your condition.Or end up like me having to bite your bottom lip and push forward through minor withdrawal symptoms.

Friendly compassionate clinic for a variety of patients needs. For the most part its clean with the exception of the restrooms needing hourly checks as sometimes theres no tissue or messy ppl entered made big messes that went unchecked but usually quiet relaxed.You know theres always that one person who walks in the doors altering the whole atmosphereMost ppl are polite use their earbuds wtheir phones go outside to have a loud or disruptive ph conversation... but theres always that ONE that ruins the peaceful atmosphere. Those ONES that choose disrespect loud voices and foul mouths as a way of life. But the Behind-the-Scenes employees the counselors front desk staff nurses docs and office mgmt are always at their best it seems - kind eager to assist and smiling . That makes for a pleasant professional atmosphere A nice establishment.... Thank you Valle Del Sol for caring about us

Okay just felt a little disrespected on sokmething and how the doctor didnt shake hands with the client when meeting him for the first time

I went through my case worker because AHCCCS takes a long while now I know why it took so long to get accepted. It must be true the one person per day walk in. I waited months. Props to the hard core people getting there at 3 am. Its not a safe area Be careful bring protection rather its a big guy or know self defense. I would never do it. Im a girl the name above ex husband I dont know how to change it. My counselor is always distracted She looks at her computer screen a lot while Im talking. She gives me handouts without really taking time to explain them. Whatever Medicare will be mine one day soon. I will find better and be grateful for now. My counselor takes all kinds of time off and changes my days last minute well with two appt open to change to. She isnt able to hide her distractions.HOWEVER JOY THE DOCTOR IN THE CLINIC IS FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY. She is so sweet she listens and pays attention. She has a relative with my rare illness so she really understands what I go through. I couldnt ask for better She is so good I may stay with her well no Mayo is the best. If no Mayo Id stay here. Joy i love you
