Ive been a patient for 3 years and my entire life has changed for the better. Im a difficult case for most offices and have been through 4 other psych offices. Robert and all the psych staff are incredible. They also are the only office Ive found that treats Vets and Active members with respect in Valdosta and the surrounding area

I have been a patient at Valdosta Psychiatric Associates for several years and have largely valued the care provided. However my last appointment led to a significant change in my perspective primarily due to an unpleasant personal experience and subsequent billing issues.The specifics of the appointment left me feeling uncomfortable and prompted my decision to discontinue my visits and cancel future appointments. Despite this I was billed for a no-show appointment that was never canceled which I find unjustified given the context of my departure from the clinic.This recent experience has unfortunately marred my overall impression of the clinic especially regarding their administrative and billing practices. Its disheartening to have a long-term medical relationship end on such a note. I hope this review encourages the clinic to reevaluate their approach to patient care and billing.

I have been going here for 3 years and have never missed an appointment. I have always been on time and never late. I had a telephone appointment today and Carla claims that Kelly called me twice. My phone never rang. With that being said if I didnt answer wth do they think voicemail is for Now after waiting 25 minutes for a call I have to wait another day Get it together yall and make sure the psychiatrist is calling the right number because my phone rings constantly and not one call was from them. And again so unprofessional not to leave a voicemail and tell me that I missed my appointment.

The receptionists are friendly majority of the time I really like Dr. Morgan a lot. Hes a psychiatrist but he always asks questions and cares about whats going on in my life. He has actually helped me more than any psychiatrist Ive ever been to.

After asking the staff at this establishment multiple times if they took my insurance and getting a yes I got a call the day before my appt telling me that they never took my insurance. I waited almost 2 months for this appt. The staff at this establishment are careless insensitive unqualified and flat out of line. If you have serious mental health issues then I advise you to seek out another establishment that can are willing to cater to your needs. I know have to start the process of looking for a new pathologist all over again and all they could say was Well you can always pay out of pocket. They made no attempt to amend the mistake made on their part which tells me they have no genuine concern for patients well being. All the want is your money.- Sabrina Lloyd
