Needed nurse Cayla Clapp to get something signed. I was told 2-3 business days. Its now day 4 and still nothing. This is an urgent matter and Im having a panic attack now thanks to her and Dr Noble. Due to this negligence I had to cancel an extremely important appointment for my daughter and still owe the 400 for not being able to make the appointment today and have to miss another day of work. I am beyond livid at the unprofessionalism. If only every doctor and nurse there could be as good as Dr Hairfield this would have probably been taken care of early.Side note all of the receptionists were helpful in calling the nurse who never answered and making me feel like they expressed it was an urgent matter to the Doctor. Dont bother calling patient services they just give you run around. By the time I spoken with a manger after 9 calls Cayla said she would resend it. Its 2023 I can see you never sent it in the first place. It took so many people for her to send my daughters records to me. She is beyond negligent and a liar.

Was treated like I was stupid. Just being a worried mom and the whole time was treated like I didnt know anything. I would not take your baby here. He also had a fever and they didnt even bother to say anything. I like utmb but I would never take my kid to this center again and if he really needs to go to the doctor and cant fit in with his doctor I will be going to texas children. I would rather spend thousands knowing my child is okay than going here and being treated how I was. UPDATE found out that rash that the doctor here said all babys get rashes was severe eczema and had a food allergy. Definitely dont go here.

If I could give zero stars I would. Weve had multiple complaints a few being our appointments being rescheduled without our knowledge and being made to wait for over 2 hours at urgent care. The most recent issue is that my child has had a diagnosed ear infection since the 21st of July and after a week of ear drops was not improving so we called to ask for oral antibiotics and were told it was highest priority so we would receive a solution in 3 hours or less.we never received a phone call back and have now tried scheduling follow up appointments that have been canceled and rescheduled for appointments that are over a week away. Im currently on hold 45 minute phone call and counting so far waiting to see if they can see us sooner.Stay far away from UTMB. All departments are unorganized unconcerned and quite frankly uncaring on the phone.

Today I had an appointment at 315pm. Just so happens that the electricity went out when I came in 315pm. Electric came on 15 min later Dr.Patricia Rogers said Im considered as a missed appointment and cannot see my son. Not all doctors are the same but some dont understand that us parents pulled our kids out of school early for a appointment and fight the traffic on I-45 causeway with 1 Lane sun beaming hunger pains...

We love this clinic. The staff is amazing with my kids and specials need kid. We have seen 2 Drs here and they have been amazing.

No doctors work at this clinic. It is only staffed with Nursing assistants.

I took my youngest kid here for her 15-month wellness check-up and I had a great experience. We didnt have a good experience at the UTMB pediatric clinic on Harborside Dr and were worried about this visit but we were relieved that it turned out great. It was night and day compared to the other clinic. Dr. Yang and the nurse were very friendly and were great with my daughter trying to calm her as she was freaking out. Dr. Yang even gave her and my older kid books after the visit. The nurse was great with administering the shots and got everything done within a few minutes.

Provider actually refused to see my baby after we had scheduled an appt in afternoon bc we saw a nurse here that morning who referred us to go to ER...Well we went to ER wasted our entire day were super stressed out and spent only to find out he had ear infection and the common cold.Thanks for absolutely nothing this place cannot even diagnose the most basic issues...and doctors dont even bother to see patients... never again.

This is the most terrible pediatric doctors office you can take your child. They care about getting paid and they dont care about your child. I talked to a doctor coming in to work from another location and even they said they were a terrible clinic and he advised me to just go to the er and put in a complaint. I will never put my child in this situation again

I just want to say I was absolutely impressed by Dr. Rogers and her show of affection to my baby boy on our recent visit. I was previously taking my little one to the UTMB pediatrics office closer to our house but switched to the Galveston office since its closer to family and wow I am so glad I didDr. Rogers shared how important water safety is and encouraged us to learn CPR and also provided us with a safety whistle for the pool and brochure for me and my family to read over.She took her time with us and thoroughly checked out my baby boy to make sure he was healthy and happy. Im so used to just rushing through our doctor visit which makes me feel like my baby is just another number on the list but that was definitely not the case on with this visit. I was even gushing to my husband about babys doctor visit the whole ride home I was also so pleased to know that Dr. Rogers fully supports my breastfeeding journey which is so important because I feel as if formula has become the norm in todays world.Thank you Dr. Rogers for being such a loving and wonderful doctor
