Consistently getting scam calls from this company stating im looking for funding. As I stated to not call me as I am on the national do not call list. They continue to call me 4 times a day asking for funding for my business that I do not own. Ive spoken to multiple employees now asking to not call me and they have continued to call daily for the last 2 weeks. Do not trust this place as it seems like the owners are just trying to find quick ways to get rich quick. People beware and do not get scammed

This is incredibly hard for me to review this. I have worked as a Behavior Tech here for a year and a half. The work done here is great but there is a high turnover rate due to favoritism and unprofessional pettiness from management. Manipulative tactics of sayingWe are a family and will not hesitate to cut ties with families or staff if it doesnt serve them. If you wanted to even be acknowledged or even seen you really have to work hard to even get their attention.

Since starting with the company in June I can honestly say that I have never worked for a company that does everything around their values and stands behind it 100. The will to help families is never ending and although there are small hiccups here and there we are able to pull out of the hole and find a solution usually super quick. The amount of resources we have as employees is phenomenal and I am so glad I chose this job

Billed 9 months later even though we didnt send our kid here. Billing refused to call back. They also billed out of network. They couldnt even tell me what the bill was for. Double check and question everything with these guys. They are shady and unethical. Do not send your kid here. The staff is untrained and not experienced. They charged me for a three hour observation in home. The BCBA stood in the corner and didnt engage with me or my child for the entire three hours. When I asked what the plan was for the home visit they said they didnt actually know. Then I was charged for phone call with the director to tell them my concerns and that I didnt feel comfortable with services. Then they had the audacity to keep sending me bills. Called my insurance and had to sort out that the person assigned to me wasnt in network. Billing REFUSED a pricing sheet when asked they couldnt tell me upfront what their prices were.

My son was at UTBS for about 5 years and we were so happy there but I just have to change my review. All the staff that we loved so much have quit recently and I think it is because of upper management. Im so sad to say this because it had been such a great experience for us previously but for my son on the spectrum it was so much change so quickly and no one even addressed it with us or him. Then we were not contacted about my sons program for months. Its really unfortunate.

We have worked with UTBS for 8 years so I am definitely familiar with all of the pros and cons of their company. First the therapists BCBAs directors and ITVs are amazing. AMAZING they have truly helped my family more than I can say. Second the business part of ABA is terrible. Insurance authorization establishing services the price... Its awful. UTBS has really helped us by making sure insurance pays what it is supposed to and handling the business side of ABA. Many companies make the parents do that. I truly appreciate that UTBS does this. The business of health care mental health care and ABA is hard. Obviously it should be covered and easier to get but that is a legislative problem.

This place cares an awful lot about payouts from your insurance company but not about much else especially your child. If you can go anywhere else please do. They consistently overcharged me on my monthly bill and once we decided we wanted CBT and medication instead of ABA I couldnt even get them to call me back for an appointment. I must have called and texted them at least 7 times and nobody responded to me and my child was an established patient.

I called the office after many of the therapists who practice there were recommended to me. I needed to schedule a new patient appointment. My first phone call I got voice mail and left a message. Around 5 hours later I got a call back while I was driving and missed the call. I called back two minutes later and got voicemail again. That was on a Thursday. It took three more phone calls on Friday and a couple more on Monday to actually get a hold of an actual human person on the other end after which time I was sent questionnaires to fill out with no idea when I would be able to schedule my first appointment.A close friend recommended her own therapist his cell number was listed on his website I texted him and within 15 minutes I had an appointment scheduled for less than a week out.Needless to say I will not be utilizing the services of Utah Behavior Services. For an organization that should understand the importance of mental health they dont seem to value the time or needs of their prospective clients.

I submitted paperwork and the insurance card online as requested and was told I would get a call if anything else was needed for insurance pre-authorization. They were going to call back in a week to set up an appointment and the appointment would be within a week. 2.5 weeks went by without a word so I called them to inquire. I left 4 messages never a response called at least 20 times. When I finally got a person on the phone she said they never got the insurance card so they havent done anything. No one could be bothered to call me and request I resend it Or call back any of my 4 messages Really Then I was told an appointment would take 3-4 months. Completely different information than I was given in the first call. The providers in this office may be wonderful we never got that far with this office.People seek therapy when they are in need. I let them know I was desparetly seeking care for a family member and was made empty promises in my first call. If you or a loved one need care soon this office is not the place to seek that care.

What an ordeal. It was such a strange and arduous process we ended up finding a therapist elsewhere. First it took several calls to get someone to let us know that we have to fill everything out on line and submit. Then it took weeks and weeks to have someone let us know our insurance was accepted even though our insurance company gave us the referral. THEN it took a couple more weeks to see a therapist... one who was skilled with teen boys. The appointment consisted of this person asking form questions repeating back the misunderstood answer asking again and filling in the form. For an hour. Within 5 minutes we knew we were in the wrong place. Rather than being helpful to a teen with depression it was more like an intake for a juvenile detention center. No exaggeration. It was awful. One question for example Have you ever used alcohol My son answered one time four years ago I tasted wine and thought it was gross. Havent tried again. His response as he was typing Has. Used. Alcohol. This therapist prescribed antidepressants to a 15 year old without explaining anything about them. My son thought he could take them occasionally when he was feeling sad... sort of like you take ibuprofen when youre sore He had no problem shelling out the drugs without any counseling to the boy After one one hour meeting. We never went back. Thank goodness it took OVER A MONTH to get the drug request submitted and received back as we were able to find someone effective to talk to and have a happy teen now without the use of drug intervention.Nearly 3 months later I received a bill one that I thought was taken care of at time of service. I left multiple messages on their phone system no one ever directly answers the phone not once in over 10 calls left email messages. You will have to create an account log in and pay on line. No other way. And after all of this if you are even two days late there will be a 10 late fee.I hate writing terrible reviews I know it impacts business but UBS you must change the way you handle your business if you want to grow. Our family will never be back.
