We had a blast My daughter enjoyed every activity they offer plus the arcade games.We arrived as soon as they opened 12 noon on a Sunday .I easily signed the waiver and paid at the front entrance kiosk. The only issue I had was the fries wings I ordered was cold but I didnt need to be eating fries wings anyway .lol ... Everything else was perfect The staff was extremely nice we will visit again soon.

Took my 6 year old grandson to visit today. He absolutely loves this place. He can burn off energy and I can get a great chair massage while watching him play. Staff at sugarland location was awesome. I needed to go order food and the young lady who worked there offered to keep an eye on him for a minutes until I got back. Back to edit my review. Visited this place on Saturday parking lot is near full a lot of parents bring kids to play. At the lobby there are kiosks to check in and sign waiver as most indoor playhouses do. I have to buy their own socks in order for my kid to play they ONLY allow their OWN socks it cost 3.99 but can use it next time and its quality is good. About 13 of this place is allocated for electronic game machines 13 is for trampoline jumps 13 is for Skyline zip line. I saw a lot teenagers love playing the skyline thats attractive. For children under 5 years old the surrounding high light noise could be bad for their eyes. The minimum height for skyline is about 110cm my baby is not tall enough to play. Probably before he is 7 or 8 I wont bring him back. Its a good place for many elder kids adults and family.

We recently visited Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park in Sugar Land and it was an absolute blast My kids couldnt get enough of the variety of play options available. We went during the weekdays in the summer. 5 and under is 11.99. Adults are 50 off the kids price. You have to wear their socks. My kids like the neon colors . I advise buying tickets and signing forms online.Front desk staff is patient with check in.All of the staff we encountered were patient nice and helpful.The place is has alot of wear and tear and is need of major maintenance.The ninja warrior course with the ball pit has padding coming out of the sides. The padded mats lift easily and are trip hazards. Whole area needs a deep cleaning. The trampoline nets are not secured so you will see alot of kids going thru the nets mine included. Staff blows the whistle to tell them they cant go thru the nets but Come on if its open the kids will go thru it. The neon tape on the trampolines are coming off another trip and fall hazard.Playscape could use a deep cleaning and sanatizing. Its dark and dingy. Floors are sticky. Mats missing. Food splatter on the rules signage.Food and drinks are relatively affordable.My kids enjoyed the place.
