Do not waste your money at this location They let my wife pay for the ultimate pass which gives you access to all the extra attractions and once we got in there every single attraction was either closed or broken. Every TV was off food area was closed ICEE machines werent working VR was broken there was nothing available except the basic jump area and about 15 minutes in when she asked for a refund they said only corporate could refund. We called corporate and they said that was a lie and put us on hold while they called the location. After a few minutes she got back on the phone and said she had spoken with them and that they had approved the refund but the manager wasnt there till the following day to actually process it. When following up with the location today they said no that corporate was supposed to have done it. These people are outright liars and thieves. I said what I said. Ill be filing the transaction as unauthorized with my bank tomorrow morning.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We drove all the way from New Braunfels for my nephews birthday and I was just so disappointed. It was definitely not worth the 20.99 plus tax I spent.Then the people were just ugly. I witnessed a grown woman yelling at a kid for calling her kid a name instead of talking to the parent.On top of that they have signs that says all minors 18 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult but that rule clearly was not followed because I had to young girls trying to start a fight with daughter. When I tried to find out what adult who they were there with I didnt see them with anyone but themselves.The place is dirty and run down. Im so disappointed because we use to come all the time and it was super nice. We will stick to other locations that can keep their facility clean and SAFE

I was appalled to what I witnessed today with my granddaughters. Unsafe and unhealthy conditions. Obviously by the dates on reviews this has been going on for tooo long. Shame on the owners to operate a children and family entertainment facility in despicable conditions. Teenagers watching teenagers and younger kids. No adults managers were visible for supervision. Parents were supervising kids as I was due to other kids bullying my granddaughters. I wont go back or recommend it. If i had read the reviews before i would have never subjected my granddaughters to this place. Fix the problems or shut it down asap. From one business owner to another.

The food wasnt the greatest but the kids had fun. Would recommend better management feels like the placr is ran by kids.

The kids loved it so much we came 2 days in a row. Its used like a cheap daycare by the people with memberships. Its like 20 a mo th to get 85 off so people are paying less than 10day to leave their kids here all afternoon rather than 600month for daycare so uh do the math and youll see why this place is so crowded with happy kids. Its an amazing workout by the way. Spent 5 hours jumping with my kids and felt like I lost a fight by the end.

Ive been meaning to make a post about this but its never too late.We had our sons birthday party at this location a few weeks ago this is what we came across. As you can see in the photos the place was filthy it looks like it hasnt been clean for a while. There are holes in the netting this is a huge liability. But guess what they are supposedly not liable because they have you sign a waiver. Yet this shows otherwise that they dont care about the safety of our children. Because if they cared theyd make sure their equipments are up to standard. Plus when we got there for the party the place was still filthy.I had to request for them to clean it because I was already embarrassed of what my guest are seeing. I feel even more embarrassed that my friends saw all this too and were asking questions. Definitely dont recommend this place

We had our Grandsons 2nd Birthday party here. First time we have been here. The children had a blast. It looks very disorganized. You have workers in food area playing basketball with trash. You have a manager taking food orders that cant be fulfilled. Made two orders of chicken tenders and wings after being told they could fulfill the order and they couldnt. This Urban Air always looks like its poorly ran. It is really disappointing because my kids birthday is supposed to be here in two weeks and we have already put a deposit down I rather switch locations before we ever come to this location again.

Birthday Party for my grandson held at Four Winds Urban Air San Antonio. Service not good. Firstly the place is too small compared to the San Pedro location.The teenage attendant took 15 minutes to get the security bracelets for the birthday boy and his brother so they couldnt participate until they got their bracelets. There was no private birthday room for my grandsons birthday celebration.A table was set up by the food court. My daughter ordered 3 large pizzas. One pizza was brought out and placed on the table . The other 2 pizzas were brought to the table 17 minutes later. The teenage host just stood by while my daughter ran around to see that the children had enough plates etc..left over pizza was left on the table without being covered for 25 minutes etc. ...and the music was crazy loud. It looked like they wanted people to leave as soon as possible. I must say that the teenage host was ready with the invoice which my daughter paid. She left a good tip for the teenage host because my daughter is very kind and polite. Overall this location is terrible with a capital T. Thank you.

Location was really dirty and was in dire need of repair. Most flat surfaces were sticky. Half of the attractions were either closed or had broken parts leaving them unsafe to use. Candy machine at front needed to be cleaned out. Trash was really prevalent all around.
