I giving this review because of an employee. Brandon is his name. He was very patient and had a professional attitude. Even though the tension with the parents. It was my sons first adventure on the go-carts. He had a blast. Again thanks Brandon.

Decided to spend the day here with my nephews niece. Von manager made it super easy for me to get them all checked in and ready to jump. She checked on us several times throughout our visit. I highly recommend going to this location and meeting Von to help with anything you need.

This was my first visit to a facility like this and Im glad I chose Urban Air Pearland. Upon entering we were treated by the AGM Von. We told her it was our first time and we wanted to experience something different. She assured us that we would have a good time and get the full experience. She took the time to explain to us the differences with the packages. We were two grandparents there with their grandchild and we wanted to have fun. She was attentive professional and gave awesome customer service. I honestly say we will be back again and again.

Took the kids to burn some energy. Checked in and paid at the kiosk but still waited at least 30 minutes to get wrist bands as they only had one person working the front with the lobby full. Maybe 2 minutes into our play time my daughter steps in something wet on the playground and its another long wait in the lobby for additional socks. What a disappointing experience especially considering how expensive this place is. I will not be returning anytime soon

There was only one gentleman manning the cafe and you could see he was very overwhelmed. No one was tending to the bar area. We waited 40 mins for an order...

My kids and I have visited here a few times. Customer service was always questionable especially most of the employees are high schoolcollege students. Food court items are enjoyable and reasonable priced. Todays experience deserves a review. I was given some free passes due to poor service on a previous visit. Well the manager that issued them no longer available so the front desk representative decided to honor it and I just needed to purchase the additional band. She was very polite and she had a friendly conversation with my boys. We get inside and the locker station is out of service zip line attraction out of service the rope course unavailable half of the icee flavors didnt work. Didnt have popcorn sleeves so she had to use a drink cup. Disappointed
