RUNWAY TUMBLE TRACK allowed use NOT AS ADVERTISED for location Teenexperienced tumbler went to this location w 2 friends for the main purpose of using the tumble track had to buy platinum pass to practice flipsroutine as advertised on Urban Airs website then check out the other attractions to cool downrelax. This trip was way out of town for us so a day trip. One flipped once on the tumble track was instantly called out told NO STOP NO FLIPS allowed And not allowed to do what the website advertises as the tumble tracks purpose and use Kids were only allowed to run down the track or hop. Absolutely infuriating UAs website says Calling all gymnasts dancers cheerleaders and aspiring ninjas its tumble time Jump twist and flip your way down The RunwayGreat for the adventurers who want to put in a little extra practice before their next competition or for the youngest of our visitors to try out tumbling before committing to a team. Practice everything in your exciting routine from simple tumbling to back handsprings in this safe indoor space separated from the rest of the trampoline parkYou can practice new moves and help your body learn the motions all with a safe landing. Jump fall and spring back up to try again. So when you finally do go for the gold youll look like a pro. Yeah its as cool as it sounds.So absurd absolutely frustrating nonsensical. Urban Air needs to update their website or notify people before they pay especially for teens that flips are not allowed. It is false advertising. Cmon We have already signed the waiver know the riskslet the tumblers do what company advertising saysBesides that huge 1 star fiascostaff nice seemed like an ok place for elementary aged kids to just play in general harnesses attractions looked slow but funcreative bathroom was clean it was overrun w little kids so harder for older kids to have room to play. Im too irritated w paying platinum for 3 teens to not be able to use the Runway Tumble Track as advertised to ever go back for teens though.

Its been a few years since our last visit but we were disappointed this time around. It seems very rundown since we last came. Not enough employees manning areas. Missing or broken items. Bathrooms were dirty and zero soap nor hand sanitizer. I told an employee and it remained unaddressed the whole visit. The snack bar was out of stock of practically everything. Just seems the care and cleanliness of the park was let go. This used to be our fav Urban Air location but guess well check out other ones and skip LJ UA.

The pizza was good and zip line was fun but whenever I ride the zip line it kinda hurts because the at the end of the zip line is padded enough. I brought my grands here for the day. Everything was fine and fun until they decided to go on the bumper car ones that spin No worker was in the area so my oldest granddaughter 13 went to the front counter and asked if someone could let them ride. She was told yes so the kids went to the ride. I gathered up my things to follow and watch. I was about a minute behind get there to see the employee young man with the Afro hair walking away. Kids were upset. They said he just walked up to the ride turned around and left. I watched him walk over to a table throw a cup away and walk away. Please do not tells kids you will let them on a ride if you dont plan to honor your word. We drove over an hour to get here today. Other than this the kids had a great time.

Always love it here lots to do including trampolines lots and lots of trampolines large ball pit and form pit indoor zip line rock climbing arcade games and jungle gym.I would say if youre going to be going more than once or twice look at getting a membership. Youre stuck to paying for 12 months but at much lower cost and can go whenever you want.

Hard pass after tonight. Totally disappointed my kids. Tried renewing our membership and was met with countless meaningless problems price gouging along with refusing cash for payment. Horrible experience that wont happen again after spending my hard earned money in this place for the last 3 years. You lost a customer for life. Stay classy

We have been UA members for quite awhile and visit frequently. The last few months we have noticed a decline in manned activities that are either permanently closed or open by request only. I finally asked the Laser Tag be opened today and there has been a steady line of kids ever since. The food bar is seriously understaffed and is out of a number of items. You can do better UA
