We went today with our 4 yr old and the dodgeballs were not available one of the foam bars was missing from the battle beam and wipeout was still not available wipeout hasnt been available the last 3 times we have gone over the past few months and dodge ball was closed too previously. That is like half of the deluxe attractions that we paid to use And when I reached out asking for a partial refund since multiple attractions werent functionaldidnt have necessary equipment all I was told wasthank you for reaching out all purchases made online are final. Thats it no sorry about your experience didnt say they were working on the issues I brought up didnt answer any of my questions nothing. If youre going to charge full price when multiple attractions are brokenclosed maybe you should have a notice on the website about which attractions will not be available that day so that customers know when purchasing tickets. We were planning to have our kids birthday party here later this year because he has loved coming here over the past few years but the place has obviously gone downhill so we will spend our money somewhere else.

My first time bringing my kiddos here and it was awesome. I have a son who is severely autistic non verbal and the workers were so awesome with him and had so much patience. My 2 yr old loved it as well.

I brought my family of 5 to enjoy an evening playing and was told there would be a 30 min wait for us to use the skyline. They did not have enough employees at each of the stations and the little battle area only had one of the pieces to it. I was thoroughly disappointed in the waste of money and the fact that the manager just stayed in her office while they did not have the staff to run the place. A good manager would be out there making sure the place is running.

Its been a few years since our last visit but we were disappointed this time around. It seems very rundown since we last came. Not enough employees manning areas. Missing or broken items. Bathrooms were dirty and zero soap nor hand sanitizer. I told an employee and it remained unaddressed the whole visit. The snack bar was out of stock of practically everything. Just seems the care and cleanliness of the park was let go. This used to be our fav Urban Air location but guess well check out other ones and skip LJ UA.

I brought my grands here for the day. Everything was fine and fun until they decided to go on the bumper car ones that spin No worker was in the area so my oldest granddaughter 13 went to the front counter and asked if someone could let them ride. She was told yes so the kids went to the ride. I gathered up my things to follow and watch. I was about a minute behind get there to see the employee young man with the Afro hair walking away. Kids were upset. They said he just walked up to the ride turned around and left. I watched him walk over to a table throw a cup away and walk away. Please do not tells kids you will let them on a ride if you dont plan to honor your word. We drove over an hour to get here today. Other than this the kids had a great time.
