This facility offers a range of activities that can keep older children engaged and entertained. However parents of toddlers avoid visiting on busy days as older children can be less mindful of their surroundings. During my visit I observed several instances where my child was almost trampled over due to the chaos and commotion. Unfortunately some staff members seemed unaware of the situations that were occurring between the older kids and were unable to intervene.Moreover the concession standkitchen was understaffed which led to some undesirable customer experiences. Patrons including some older children and adults were observed being impolite to the staff causing a sense of discomfort. Consequently some customers became impatient and irritable due to the long wait times.

Nice place. Unfortunately my children could not enjoy themselves due to the crazed teenagers wildly running around. My daughter was almost knocked off her feet due to teenagers sprinting through the facility. A teenager playing dodgeball attempted to bully my son by taking each ball he collected. I had to step in and tell him to get away from my son. That place needs order IMMEDIATELY I spoke with a female manager who couldnt have been older than 21. She was nice but said she could not provide a refund but gave us free passes for another day. She advised me that it is always crazy in there on weekends because of the teenagers. She said its best to bring my children during the day during the week. Im not sure if well return.

I came here today to take some kiddos to enjoy Spring Break and the lady at the front counter named Jordin was so incredibly nice and patient. She really helped me out with picking the best pass for the different ages that I had with me. The kids had a blast. The food was good and definitely will come here during the summer to get out of the heat. Thanks Jordin for great customer service

Seemed to be short staffed 1st day of sprung break. The zip line employees were not friendly at all no one to stop the kids at the end. Shut down rock climbing and obstacles course while zipline was open. Rotating activities which is better then totally shutting down activities. Employees just walking around not supervising anything they look like they would rather be anywhere else than at work. Disappointed for granddaughter that came to visit. Will be finding somewhere else to go next time.

ProsGreat place for children.Cons1. The place has few seating areas for adults.2. 15 for 2 frozen drinks MED 1 mm and 1 sour gummies. The place doesnt allow for you to bring your own food.3. Not a very clean place. Smells of foot fungus with depression. The picture taken was of food left over from someones birthday party. It was there for 3 hours.4. Keep your property in sight. The kids will steal your cell phone if left unattended. This could be well-known info for adults but remember this is kids we are talking about.In ClosingA pretty expensive place for what it is.If I bring my family back I will most definitely bring my food even if I have to hide it.

Amazing and very nice young lady working front desk Ms Moody Tamia or tania ty for your amazing customer service all around my son loves it and I love it for him our first time but darn sure not our last ..... Love this place 10 stars there was an amazing young man working at the food counter also ty you all for a lovely time and your hard work ohhhh and shouting out the gentleman I see sweeping constantly to keep things clean he has dreads I didnt catch his name but ty wonderful 10 out of 10 bring your child its a fun environment ...
