This location is a lost mess Ive been to every urban air here in Houston and last night 1-27-24 was my first time at this location Katy and boy was I disgusted not only with the trash that accumulated on all the tables empty and occupied not just with the barf that wasnt cleaned despite several times of notifying the staff and after an hour had elapsed. Staff member Jazmin was the first to be notified and she had the audacity to the children that she wasnt going to clean it up. This I heard personally. Then I myself told her of the ordeal and she said with the utmost disrespectful manner. we know I took care of it. So I thought Great that now my kids can go play again without stepping in barf. Her idea of cleaning is throwing a napkin on it Now I can deal with disrespectful demeanor and the nonchalant attitude she expressed when we first arrived as we were getting checked in and purchasing socks but what I cannot deal with especially after contributing towards your check is a staff member lying and being disrespectful to the children that are notifying you of something they dont want to step in or more importantly a viral infection they could catch. Jazmin you need an attitude adjustment.

Grown men employees happily share the restroom with little girls.There is no security or verification that people are leaving with the correct children.Parties are on the second floor. Its a steep climb for small children and far away from most of the play areas.Other than those things the pizza and chicken tenders were good our staff was courteous and attentive and the kids had fun.

My grandson celebrated his Birthday here. So many different things for kids to enjoy. While the kids are playing adults can enjoy adult beverages and decent food.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo More

Needs to review all safety precautions kids are getting hurt left and right while I was there at least 3 kids got hurt ambulance had to be called. Needs more staff for all attractions. Food is gross only thing that smelled good was the pizza.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo wait More

Kids love it here the punching machine took my money but its fine definitely alot to do there food is a little on the pricey side. I want to just say that the restrooms are filthy. It doesnt look like its been properly cleaned in quite a long time. I could only find 1 stall with toilet paper. Other than this we enjoy our sons time here. I just never like to use the restroom unless I absolutely cant wait till Im home.

We reserved our sons birthday party at this venue. On September 16th 2023 I accompanied my father to inspect the location and finalize the booking. Unfortunately he was unable to view the premises due to the elevator being out of service.My father who is permanently wheelchair-bound faced difficulties accessing the second floor where the party room is located. Despite being assured that the issue would be promptly resolved the elevator remained non-functional when we returned for the party on December 16th 2023.Inquiring with the front desk I was informed by a staff member that they were skeptical the elevator had ever been operational. Disappointed and seeking resolution I requested to speak with the supervisor but regrettably they failed to make an appearance.

This is an mediocre place to go . Closing time is 9 they mopped the whole place around arcade area at 8 leaving it completely wet . Arcade machines are mostly non working swipe your card and boom point gone but they will not start . We really enjoyed our time at Urban Air. I like the two packages offered and discounted price for under 5 since the littles cant do all of the activities. My son and his friend enjoyed running around on a Saturday afternoon and there were PLENTY of spaces nearby so parents watch the kids.Our boys had a ton of fun and I love how the layout of the place allows me to easily find my child when hes exerting his energy.

FILTHY This place has gone downhill. I believe it has NEVER been cleaned. The whole place is filthy and smelly. The toddler playground is full of trash even chicken bones Gross I posted pictures. There is never an employee preventing bigger kids to enter the playground which is supposed to be for kids up to 51 tall so the toddlers are constantly being run over by pre-teens. The trampolines are also dirty and the floor is always sticky. They need to hire a cleaning company as they have no clue about how to properly clean. I keep filling their surveys after my visits but they do nothing about it anyways. I purchased membership and Im stuck with them until the contract ends.
