The silver metal tables wobble WAY too much. I ordered popcorn and was told there would be a ten minute wait. After ten minutes I received stale almost cold popcorn that had a burnt flavor to it. Normally I dont post stuff like this but this was the third time different visits over the last few months and this option to review popped up on my maps. My kid had fun playing and that experience was positive but the cafe area is just not that spectacular.

Great place for kids to use theyre endless energy.Downside not many employees tending to the attractions germs....everywhere uncomfortable chairs for parents.The sky course did not have an attendant for my sons entire visit about 3 hoursGerms - yes they are everywhere your child will probably get sick after a visit so be sure to wash hands.....a lot......and remind them to keep their hands off their faceChairs - there are 4 massage chairs on the balcony otherwise your either on a table bench or a metal chair

Today was our 1st visit and it blew me away We held a birthday party for my 7 year old and everyone had a blast. The staff was amazing - great attitudes and wonderfulcaring with the kids. The facility had a lot of attractions and was fun for everyone. We will be going back 1010

So my kids love this place. So I cant complain. Welllll actually a little because every time we come here my kids get sick shortly after. Yikes. But they love it so I guess its worth it Maybe disinfect a little better Hm

Horrible hospitality from BrennanI suppose hes a manager.Constantly bothering guests.Weve been coming here for over a year even had my sons birthday party here in November and spent close to 400 dollars.Wade had a great time it used to be fun now this guy is constantly bothering people with absolutely no reason.Guess we will take our business elsewhere.We have been coming at least 2 times weekly.No more because of Brennan

I just wanna give your employees a BIG shout out Theyre so patient with the kiddos that come through.It was our first time visiting your establishment yesterday and I will most definitely come back with our group. I wanna commend one employee I hate that I didnt get his name but he made sure the kids were getting properly harnessed at the zip line cause the kids were so excited and harnessing their selves while waiting. But he redid them before he sent them on their way. Big kuddos to that kid

My nephew had an AMAZING time running wild and flying through the air. That was the only saving grace. The operation is largely ran by teenagers. There was one adult present and she was confined to the office the entire 3 hours I was there aside from seeing her leave the office and B Line to the concession stand for a powerade and then straight back to the office. Not too bad for a place ran by kids...but sort of scary when you think about the safety of these little kids being in the hands of unsupervised teenagers.

Amazing time was had by all. This young man who was helping people with the zip line was entertaining the kids with magic tricks while they waited for their turn and it was so cute. Only thing I could say was that the foam pit needed some more foam. But other than that it was awesome

We come here for our grandkids and they enjoy the varied activities. BUT...the counter help is inattentive and moves like cold molasses. The absolute worst...

Okay my family and I purchased the 10 people Ultimate birthday party pack. We had a good time but I believe it was definitely over priced especially due to the fact that so many of the attractions that we paid to be able to access were shut down.We did however stay and had fun with our kiddos for 6 hours to get our moneys worth.I give 4 stars because we had fun. Not giving 5 stars due to so many attractions being Out of Order.

This is the most disgusting Urban Air weve been to. It has trash and food everywhere. It is understaffed and not maintained whatsoever. Its really sad...
