Horrible And I do mean Horrible Every weekend I come and ots always pack then the staff members are hanging out in one area of the place playing around acting ghetto. Instead of doing their job watching these kids safety. The bathroom is always dirty. The baby changing table is loose . Just to get attended probably at the concession sta d is Horrible. The food is a 5 and over priced. Do not recommend

We traveled 3hrs for my granddaughters birthday party. The kids had a blast. The manager was extremely accommodating. We forgot to reserve in advance for the party because we had come a long way she allowed us to reserve right then. Theres a wide variety of things to climb swing a hugh ball pit overheard ropes course and much more. The pizza was delicious. The staff were friendly helpful and watchful making sure the kids and families were safe. They also had a terrific snake bar. I highly recommend it. I definitely will visit again.

5 and under pricing comes with some adventure restrictions - but still allows for plenty of play in areas parents can easily supervise.Grateful this play place survived the pandemic - but also mindful that places with ball pits close contact and surfaces not easily cleaned... you may want to wash up immediately when youre done adventuring here.Like anythingeverywhere fun in DFW be early your experience will involve a smaller crowd.

Watched my niece while at a friends birthday party. This place is hopping. Plenty of fun to be had for the little ones. Only downside is they dont offer beer or other adult beverages for the big kids. I can live with that though. Still a great spot.

We walked in and were able to get our tickets right away. We were there for about 3 hours in total. The kids had a ball and my husband and I ordered a large cheese pizza and funnel cake fries. And they were both pretty good for the price. Their card machine stopped working for a bit but was able to get it back up and running in no time for more snacks. Overall it was a great time during spring break and we only spent a total of 80 for a family of 4.

Atmosphere was welcoming. Manager Janelle was very helpful and customer service skills was awesome. Food was great as well. My son had an awesome time.

My daughter had fun that was a plus however safety was a major concern for me. Lack of sufficient supervision from staff was near non existent. I was with my daughter at all times but there were games activities that were supposed to be used a certain way for safety and those signs were being clearly ignored. Kids were going out of exit only spaces interrupting the flow and safety of other children. There was an area where the kids can battle on a balance beam and try to push each other into a foam pit and there were kids jumping into it and other kids battling creating a risk of falling onto others. The place was also dirty. Mats are coming up and bubbling in certain places and I tripped on it several times. I hope they get their stuff together for the safety of their customers.

We had the best time celebrating my sons 11th birthday The manager Elizabeth was so sweet accommodating to our needs. Our party host Jade was very helpful and the set up was perfect Our guests had so much fun. Thank you Urban Air

The worst customer service ever They dontCommunicate with each other I had my son birthday party in one of the rooms.. In August I was given passes from my host of the kids that didnt show up and was told we can use them at a later date come in to use them. I was asked where I got them from like I made them or something or stole them too unprofessional and was told by the manager I had to re-purchase more passes in order for my kids to jump today Last time coming to this location because its always something They are very rude and unprofessional

There is not enough security on each play area. My soon went hit on his nose by another kit by his hand. And they dont care how many people are in there. They full the place exceeding maximum capacity. We had a good time. The pizza was good. The multiple play areas kept kept us both busy for 6 hrs. I would not suggest getting the most expensive band. My only complaint was rarely did I see anyone who could let you go climb the more advanced kid area The person was busy talking with another employee.The play area needs someone present to let you inside of the gate and assist with putting on safety gear. Granted it was a slow day. You can rent a locker and store things. Lots of seating in the food area not so much in play area.
