Im the type of person where first impression is everything to me and these are the most nasty and rude front desk customer service workers Ive ever dealt with and to be truthfully honest with you its most of the black women. I just went up to the front desk to ask a lady a question and she had an attitude and was very rude and disrespectful towards me.

More like an asylum for women. Some of the house parents need an attitude check. Theres no reason to talk down to these women who are there to change their lives. Its also unprofessional and a violation of HIPAA to share personal information on these women.

Its just a lot for patients that go there. Not able to get a full understanding of wants going on if youre their care person taking them in. Walk-ins are really difficult for family members if the person has no transportation once your going to miss an appt but to have you come in at 645 am and wait to see if they can fit you end is absolutely ridiculous. I feel their classes could be better in helping too much paperwork not enough counseling all like a revolving door but its all we have

Ladies at the front desk are not friendly at all. Their personal texting and conversations outweigh patient attention. Im new to this facility and Im not impressed at all.

After playing phone tag for about 15 minutes I finally was able to speak to a person. I asked what can be done for someone myself who is without insurance but needs mental health care as Im becoming more suicidal. I was told that if Im becoming more suicidal I would need to attempt the suicide first then if I survive they would set up an appointment which wouldnt happen until the end of January.

Our doctors office works with unison and when an issues came up with my brother this was my first choice but after talking with Kaitlyn we will decide to go else where. I work at a call center and know it takes patience dealing with patients. She was nasty after a miscommunication over insurance cards. Please do better these patients have mental issues theyre trying to cope with already and shouldnt have to worry if theyre going to get a person who doesnt seem to care about them when they call this office

Poor customer service. They gave me a number to call and Ive been calling it everytime to schedule appointments. Lady snaps at me saying You dont need to call me. Just call the office. Well dont tell me I can call you and give me the number to callIve asked for testing to be done 3 or more different times and they still havent done it keep asking if I want it. No Im just asking for the testing because I dont want it.Last of all they never said anything about payment or cost and I have been going for a few months now without paying. Last time I went she asked for a fee and I figured it was because they finally figured out insurance so I was paying what was left but then I got the receipt with the balance on it... With no prior notice of balance or bill in the mail They also wanted me to write my social on a sticky noteThey dont smile and are very rude. Never going back

I went to Greenleaf one week and the following week as soon as I possibly could I went to my family doctor to get a referral to unison. The doctor said theyd call me as soon as unison called them. 2 weeks came around and no word I had an appt with the family doc so I just went and asked them why I havent heard anything. Unison hadnt gotten back in touch with them so they called again and this time the family doc told me that the people from Unison said to go ahead and walk in and I would be seen no need for an appt. So I went the next day about 5 minutes after thye opened and after the receptionist gave me a number to call someone with Unison mind you I was already in the building so having me call a representive of Unison while Im at unison is already crazy... plus I basically had to play phone tag with the person on the phone You would expect if you had to talk to someone that it would be face to face if youre already in the building and gave me some papers to fill out... after filling out like 6 pages and being onoff the phone with the lady for like an hour she told me because I had Medicaid AND Medicare I couldnt do the walk in appt so she made me an appt the following Tuesday This past Tuesday now after I practically begged her to because I was worried about running out of my meds at this point. I went in for my appt and all I saw was a therapist for an assessment... I understand that I have to been assessed first but come on my medicine was about to run out the following weekend. But they couldnt gimme an appt with a psychiatrist until the following Tuesday 2 days from now... problem was I would be out of my psychriatric medicine by then so i had to make another appt with my family doc to get my meds SO GLAD HE WAS ABLE TO PRESCRIBE THEM Now only problem is since Ive been back home from the psychiatric hospital close to a month now Ive gotten maybe 72 hours of sleep at the most for the entire month... I was on sleep medication before I went to Greenleaf and the medicine the doctor gave me interacted badly with the sleep meds made me seriously break out and the family doctor is afraid to prescribe me anything just in case i have another bad reaction and thinks its be best for a psychtitrist to gimme... great.. so while Unisons giving me the run around Im unable to sleep until my body just passed out on me... which makes me terribly afraid to drive as well... Thanks for the run around Unison if you woulda told the family doc about the walk in 2 weeks earlier when they called I would be asleep right now.

Im going blind and Im pretty upset about it. After explaining to the doctor that I had pretty much tried all the different kinds of depression meds and they all gave me the same weird feeling that I didnt like. When I left what was the prescription for A medicine that I had just explained to her I couldnt take. I guess she assumed I was fishing for a narcotic Not the case at all. Just because I have a beard doesnt mean Im a junkie.
