Hello! My name is Alesia, and I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2016.

With over 15 years of experience working with children ranging from 6 months to 18 years old, I am deeply passionate about teaching through play and creating personalized learning pathways based on each child’s unique interests. I am committed to providing high-quality services and firmly believe that every individual deserves to be heard.

My goal is to lead with trauma-informed, compassionate care, empowering young learners to discover and express their voices.

My journey began with a strong foundation in Early Childhood Education, which ignited my passion for supporting young learners.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Winthrop University in South Carolina and my Master’s degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology.

I look forward to bringing my experience, dedication, and heartfelt approach to every child and family I serve!
