I cannot say enough good things about the children therapy staff and the services they offer. Compassionate dedicated and professional in everything they do. Thank you.

If no stars were an option Id go with that. Take you child literally anywhere other than here. The office people have no idea what they are talking about or doing. Everyone you talk to says something different. Their billing is not upfront at all I got so little from their therapists I just knew there had to be a better option and turns out there are plenty. This office is the epitome of what is wrong with our health care system. Do your child a favor and find a different option.

The front office and billing team for this group are abysmal. They would never give us any information about how much their services would cost up-front. We basically called all over Gods creation trying to figure out how much it was for our Autistic son to see an OT there. We ended up just having to send him in for a session to see how much it would be. Was 75. So we send our son there for a while to see an OT we hear is pretty good. Our insurance changes and we are spanked with a surprise bill of 321. No one at the office can tell us how to find out why the charge increased so much. Just sent on more wild goose-chases. So we had to stop seeing the OT we thought could help because their rates more than QUADRUPLED with an insurance carrier change. They get so much business they couldnt care less that we had to stop seeing them. So if youre rich and your kid needs help this place will probably help you out. If you dont have hundreds of dollars lying around for every session or your insurance could EVER change carrier STAY AWAY. Have to start all over again with another OT now. What a waste of time. Got nothing concrete out of the year we spent there.

We went for my son to receive speech and occupational therapy. We were told from the very beginning he had more than enough sessions paid for my insurance to get him through the year. That was wrong and it wasnt caught until we were nearly 4000 dollars in the hole. When questioned nobody was able to figure out what happened. After hours on the phone with I health and insurance were were told we were lied to by the front desk. I would find another place that was more honest and upfront on billing.

The front desk staff is really nice but the therapist werent my favorite my son felt uncomfortable around them and I felt judged and he didnt really receive the help I thought he would.I would recommend Aspen Speech Therapy to anyone looking they are very friendly and my sons talking has improved already. This is just my experience everyone will have their own but I just wanted to share mine.
