Where can I begin about Turtle Rock Preschool. It has been one of the best investments that we have made in both our childrens lives. The school feels like our home and all the staff and teachers feel like family. Everyone learns your childs name and makes them feel so loved and special. When our children graduate and leave to elementary school we know that we will feel a deep hole in our hearts. I am pretty sure we will never experience an institution like this again. As parents I can say with confidence that sending our children to this school has been one of the best decisions of our life.
My daughter and son have been at Turtle Rock Preschool since the age of two. Both of them have received an excellent education. The classrooms are well organized and clean. The playgrounds are safe and well-supervised. The staff is well-qualified and administration is high-effective.ClassroomThey have a well-organized and high-quality classroom environment. All the materials are easy for kids to get. The types of play loud quiet or social are separated by shelves and furniture in order to build a clear boundaries.TeachersTeachers at this school are effective and beloved. They are very genuine and always listen carefully to the children and parents. Incidents between children are very low because the staff deal with them effectively.Classwork HomeworkThe amount of homework depends on each kid special requirements. They always have advices available for parent to positively evolve childrens learning process. They make the learning process full of fun. I always know what is expected and have an approach to engage my kids according to teachers advices.
I very rarely leave reviews but our family has had such a positive experience at Turtle Rock Preschool over the past 4 years that I felt compelled to in case it helps any families trying to make this decision. My daughter started when she was 2.5 in Room 4 and this summer just graduated from their private Kindergarten. This is my sons second year there. They have very different temperaments but both have loved it here. My husband and I both work outside the home and needed a full time program with extended hours. I did my research and toured several local Montessori schools and reputable preschool programs in our area. I was looking for a place that was safe well kept with compassionate teachers and a semi-structured curriculumschedule that fostered social and emotional growth and academic growth. TRP was my number one choice and has hit all the marks over the years even through Covid and exceeded our expectations. The admissions process is a bit grueling tuition is not cheap but Crystal in the admissions office and every one in the front office have been so wonderful and really make our family feel special and part of a strong community. The families at TRP are like minded involved parents who enjoy volunteering and attending their well planned events and celebrations. We only wish they would extend to an elementary school so we could stay longer
Our daughter is in the infant program at Turtle Rock and we absolutely love it We toured a handful of different programs during our application process but TR was the most impressive and its easy to see why its so competitive to get in. The staff is exceptional we absolutely love Miss Sarah and Miss Maria in our daughters room and Crystal and Francesca in the front office are always so friendly and helpful. Turtle Rock has been an amazing school for our child and we absolutely love the communication about her day. Plus the photos they share with us My wife appreciated being able to sit in with our daughter as she transitioned into the new daily routine. We love it at Turtle Rock and Im confident your family will too
We would like to thank Maajed and his mother Patricia both owners and leaders at Turtle Rock Preschool. We had our children attend TRP for the past few years and are very pleased with their overall care education and systemized approach in teaching developing and introducing the foundations of early learning to our kids. The school is also very fun and exciting for not only the kids but also for us parents with all of their events that are carefully put together. Maajed has done a very nice job in selecting each team member of TRP and we continue to tell others about the above so that all parents could take advantage of their program. We highly recommend TRP.Thank you Maajed for taking such an awesome care of our children.

From the moment we stepped into Turtle Rock Preschool for our tour we knew it was the place we wanted our children to be each dayto learn grow and thrive. TRP exudes such a warm happy and inviting environment and we could instantly tell this was someplace special. What makes TRP truly stand out are the incredible people who work there. The Director Francesca and Associate Director Jasmine go above and beyond to make families feel welcome and supported. We personally experienced their kindness when they worked closely with us to help with a situation my son was dealing with. They were not only understanding and flexible but incredibly generous with their time and support. Its clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of every child and family at the school. The teachers at TRP are simply the BEST weve ever had. You can tell they love what they doand that speaks volumes about the school itself Most of the teachers even those we havent had directly know my kids and takes the time to greet us with kindness and warm words. We are so grateful our kids get to be surrounded by such amazing people everyday. The curriculum is another huge highlight. While theres a strong academic focus its delivered in such a nurturing and playful way that the kids dont even realize how much theyre learning As a parent you see firsthand how much they grow throughout the yearnot only academically but also socially and emotionally. Its been amazing watching both of our children flourish.Volunteering at TRP has been something weve truly come to love especially since it was something missing at our previous school. It gives us a chance to see our kids interact in their classroom environment and it also allows them to see us being a part of the schoolwhich is so special. Plus its always funThe sense of community at TRP is incredible. The school hosts special events that bring families and staff together fostering strong relationships and creating lasting memories. These fun events really nourish the community spirit shared and spread throughout the school daily. We feel like part of a big extended family and weve met some wonderful friends along the wayfriendships that I know will last long after our kids have outgrown the preschool.Turtle Rock Preschool has truly brought so much happiness and joy into our lives and we are forever grateful for the nurturing love and support theyve given our children. I cannot recommend this school highly enough
Unless you like to light cash on fire dont bother applying to this school. They force you to pay a non-refundable application fee refuse to tell you even ballpark how many spots are available and then keep your money after they reject you even when they explain after the fact that there were basically no spots available in the first place for new kids who arent siblings of existing students or didnt go through the daycare program. This practice is unethical. They have 8 booked interview slots a day for months on end knowing full well that theyre just collecting the application fees and have no openings available. WRONGI would have been happy to pay a 2x higher application fee if it was refundable in the event of a rejection or lack of availability.
I have two kids enrolled at TRP. My son started in the nursery program at 19 months and quickly moved into the preschool room when he turned 2. My daughter started in preschool and will continue on to Pre K in the fall. I believe strongly in early childhood education and when I came to TRPs open house event I immediately fell in love with the school and how its play based. The TRP community is amazing and supportive of each other and I love making friends with like minded parents. TRP provides a curriculum for every classroom tailored to the childs age that makes learning enjoyable. The teachers are caring and so amazing my kids are well taken care of and get so excited to go to school every day We love Turtle Rock preschool
I cant think or even imagine a better place than Turtle Rock Preschool for my children to learn grow and be cared for in their earliest formative years Our kids both started in the Nursery Program which is so much more than just daycare with one kid now in Junior Pre-K. At Turtle Rock Preschool every day every week and every month is thoughtfully planned out with enriching curriculum for every classroom at the school and programming that allows our kids exposure to music art dance nature and so much more. Staff is abundantly serious about the work they do and the responsibility they have to the children and families of Turtle Rock Preschool. Even more the Staff the teachers and the families who are a part of Turtle Rock Preschool embrace and celebrate diversity and inclusion and take extra care in ensuring that every kid regardless of family make-up race religion etc. feels a part of the Turtle Rock Preschool community. This is a special place beyond worthy of caring for and teaching our children.
TurtleRock is my sons home away from home. He started out in the infant program when he was 4 months old and he has been loved and cared for physically and mentally by the teachers and staff at TurtleRock every day since. I love that each program is structured with age-appropriate daily activities for sensory play time outside stories and a weekly nature walk and music class. With each age-related transition additional age-appropriate activities are added to help kids meet their developmental milestones. Since he has been one he does a weekly cooking activity. As a working mom knowing my son is getting all of this at school is a dream. Even if I stayed at home I dont think I could provide the equivalent amount of activities variety and structure. Not to mention as a first-time parent seeing the teachers at work and how they handle certain hard situations has also helped me be a better mom. I also love that the teachers consistently communicate with how my son is doing and immediately point out any concerns. Finally the snacks and meals are a gift. My son eats a much wider variety of foods because of the amazing cooking. We are so grateful for the TurtleRock teachers staff and families.

Most children go to daycare before they enter preschool at age 3 or 4. Most children stop daycare at the age of 6 when they go to school. Children who are homeschooled might continue daycare programs. Kids diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities might be in both daycare and therapy programs longer. Special needs programs and centers help children up to 26 years old.
One of the best things you can do is to have a conversation with the daycare staff. Share details about your child’s autism diagnosis, strengths, and challenges. Building open lines of communication will help you work together to support your child’s needs. Prepare the daycare provider to work with your child with a physical guidebook.
