Love true balance been coming for years my kids love it also owners are awesome and therapists are amazing

So nice and friendly. The people there are amazing and the horses are even better. It was a blessing that I found them and I will continue to be seen there. Absolutely fantastic

My family and I went here to get counseling for a traumatic experience we endured involving the county and law enforcement in which they illegally entered our home and after going to court all charged were dropped. However during the intake for myself with two different counselors that kept interrupting me and refused to allow me to explain the experience in which we were traumatized I felt it would be a better fit if I contacted another counseling agency. I felt I needed to have a counselor that would actually listen to me relate to me and not rush through every question. They were dismissive and rude to me so I didnt feel comfortable. They decided to then report us to the county and further traumatize our family after coming to the wrong diagnosis and they broke doctor patient confidentiality in doing so. Do not make the mistake of bringing your children or yourself to this counseling office unless you want the county to receive the report of your personal feelings fears or struggles and then use that against you and your family. I am appalled that we came to these people for help and they turned our words against us to bring further legal action from the county which we are now suing for their irresponsible actions. All because I didnt feel comfortable with the counselor who obviously would not listen or allow us to explain.

This place has been amazing for my daughter. They are prompt in getting back to me when I leave a message to schedule an appointment friendly and understanding and they really make you feel like a priority. The gal she sees is fantastic and I can tell is really there for her to try to help. I am so glad they were recommended to us.
