I been going here for a couple years now i used to think all therapists were the same and never really cared till i met kirsten she is amazing she has helped me so much years ago i never thought i would smile or be able to get out of the depression i was in and now im smiling and still have my bad days but they are not as often as before i recommend true balance to any one who asks where they should go

I had taken my 6 year old son to be tested for ADHD and possible Autism. The testing with Dr. LESLIE was wonderful. My son was so excited and happy afterwards that he asked constantly when we were going back. When we left the appointment that day Dr. Leslie said someone will call you tomorrow to set up a results appointment. I waited and waited and almost a week later I called the Little Falls office as there is no direct line for Cold Spring. They apologized because the computers were down and they couldnt call to schedule follow ups.My son goes to a counsellor and a psychiatrist and is on an IEP for school so our next step depended on these results. My appointment was February 23rd and the results appointment was April 6th. I asked repeatedly for the results to be released to the school or atleast the doctor so we could help him as his behavior and mood was getting worse by the day. They said they could but somehow it never happened. There was an excuse of someone traveling or being ill and I understand things come up but I came to you for helpWe went to the resulta appointment and they did not have the hard copy finished. I was told Monday by the latest this was a Friday and again school and doctor are still waiting on this. Monday came and went and no report. It finally showed up in my email Tuesday along with a message that it had been forwarded to the school before I had a chance to review it. I printed it out and it said things were not true in my sons case. It says he was abused by a cousin he was not It said the wrong birthrate and birthright but most other things matched. I was furious because now the school had this as well.I beg you to rethink your choice if you are doing testing here. Even the basic wording and typographical errors were bad enough to warrant a D in my 9th grade sons Language Arts Class. Im heartbroken I spent so much time waiting for a disappointment.
