This was for clerical position. Pay rate is lower than the minimum wage today. The employee services were not honest about the job description which was way to much to handle. I withdrew the position after 2 weeks. No communication nor the resources. Poor management. Dont trust the Employee Services Team at all.

I havent been to this center but I have visited the other location in New Lenox and had no problems there. However during some confusion about my appointment I tried to call the other center twice but their phone number directed here. The first time the woman that answered was a bit rude and overall unhelpful. The second time it was the same woman. This time I found her behavior even more offputting and rude. I was trying to ask if I had the right building and if my counselor was there she was quickly shutting me down with I have no idea who that is and asking if I was looking for a doctors office then saying they werent one without waiting for my reply. Again she asked who I was looking for and I repeated the name of my counselor. She said I dont know who that is. I could help you if you knew what you were looking for. What I did know what I was looking for Do they even know what theyre talking about here

This place is a joke to work for ive never in all my years working here and its been 20 of them do you see some of the stuff these new leads do. Stop making things up and getting people to go along with you. These women are horrible. Hire people who love they job not somebody who gone cuss at their employees

You will be subjecting yourself your child friend family member to a student.They do not have experience as you your loved ones will be them gaining experience through trial and error.Their error could be a detriment to you your loved ones.Find a True Safe spot.

I have resided in Trinity for a year. The services has been a great benefit in helping those who are in need of housing financial help and counseling. I give special thanks to Mr ThaneCarieAaronSaul for your positive energy and support in making Trinity Prarie trails a pleasant place to live thank you God bless you.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE ON PROBATIONPAROLECOURT SUPERVISION. I switched to south suburban drug and alcohol outpatient treatment because of what a sloppy mess this entire situation was.I had to finish one last session for court with Meghan and I was up all night helping my sister with her 3 kids because she just had a new born. Also she has a 2 year old I watch for her when she cant take the stress of being a single mom.I told Meghan I was tired. Then SHE INSTANTLY OFFERED TO END EARLY her idea not mine but she decided to leave that part out for some reason.Then I find out she lied and said I was sleeping durring the session Which the judge and states attorney were confused when they found out it wasnt a group session.Basically the way it was described by the states attorney Meghan just sat there and let me sleeep right infront of her in a 1 v 1 session which didnt happen flat out lie. I take 6mg xanax every day for dual diagnosis of panic attacks and as a combined anti-convulsant to go with my gabapentin that I take 900mg of a day for epilepsy so you can imagine after staying up all night helping my sister with her 2 year old and newborn and being on a heavy downer like xanax with no sleep yea I was drowsy but instead she lied and said I slept through the session again didnt happen.Shes not only a bad counselor but a bad person for falsifying court information which you can go to jail for when you lie to the court.Do NOT choose Meghan if you go to this place she wronged me for no reason. This is exactly why I didnt want to let her in with any information. So she decided to make up her own information and try to send me to jail.This place is a joke if you want real counseling I suggest you go elsewhere. I thought I finally found a counselor I could trust then she turned around and lied to my Social Service worker. Like who outs themself like that Meghan claimed she let me sleep during the 30 minutes before you offered to end earlyThankfully the judge realized how assinine the situation was and terminated my court super vision.

This review is for the Family Counceling Center.... Nobody ever picks up the phone Councelors dont hesitate to waste your time... Very unhelpful.

This is specifically about Family Counseling Agency... one of their services.I went for the first time today tepid about the counselor I was told Id be talking to. I had a really bad experience with an unaffiliated counselor at a separate business and was kind of turned-off on the idea.I was desperate though just for someone I could really talk to so took one more leap.I met Jessica and she was absolutely splendid. From the moment she opened her mouth to speak to me. I could tell this was a nice person. I really got the impression she cared.I want everybody to know that there is definitely someone in their area that cares. I never got the impression she was treating it as just a job.It was my first appointment and she let me just kinda wander around my own thoughts til the very end. She wasnt silent she was constructive and asking for details but when I wandered to something new or something old she LISTENED.I ended up talking to another counselor I think in the lobby. A hispanic man just saying hello. I can only say that he was really nice in those few moments.I was wishing he was my counselor until I met Jessica.I got home and I....Im just relieved. I feel better than Ive felt in a long long time. I dont kid myself I have a lot more to do but I could not imagine a better start.

This is an organization that values the lives of everyone they serve and offer many opportunities for each and every one of them to grow as individuals. I appreciate all the hard work people do to make this possible. Thank you Trinity
