I walked in for the 1st time and was greeted beautifully with all the information i needed to come in to get counseling from the support services assistant Lindesy at the front desk. Sadly I just missed todays walkin by a few hours. The next walk in wouldnt be till monday. I asked if I could just speak w someone for a few moments. Anyone just to process what to do.Acknowledgeing i wasnt in crisis. But clearly worried so I was introduced to Shawny a beautiful tall brunette who carried herself with care and concern for me. She took me back to her office as informing me she is the rural clinic Coordinator and sat me down in a very calming environment and politely ask how she could be of help to me in that moment. She made it easy So I explained my situation she gave me a simple solution in 3 min. Something Ive been struggling w for a month. I left out of her office confident in her guidance on the matter. Thou it took me another 10 min to exhibit my joyful gratitude as my worry and fear physically display on my body took longer to catch up with my mind. But definitely will be back. THEY K OW WHAT THEY ARE DOING HERE. From ft bend and texana has had my care management since 2002. Never found office that compared til now. If u are having a hard time adjusting they CAN definitely help u get there correctly. And so much love in this office cant wait to meet the rest of the team.

Professional. Informative. And will help u from getting worked up about forgetting ur appointment date... they actually get to know you. To give you an individualized treatment plan. Thank u Lindesy. Thank u shawny helping my wife with information while she waited seeing the Dr. Next my casemanger. Everything in one day. Completely at ease with expressing my needs w complete strangers. what did they just do to me hopefully healing and dealing and moving forward .

Tried to not refill medication knowing if discontinued for even a few days it can reduce the effectiveness. Sorry Tricounty but I read the papers and instructions on my medications. Im not stupid. Also need to provide a telephone appointment option for people like me who have a baby on the way. I do not want to bring my newborn out in hot or cold weather and especially during this pandemic. Please be more in tune with your patients to provide better service. Also randomly closing on weekdays is not good for your patients who have been waiting forever for their appointment only to be disappointed. I called on a day with no holiday and perfect weather and you were still closed. I am curious as to why. Just be more in tune with your patients rather than acting like a business.

This place use to be a joke but I stuck it out and now they have new people at the front desk and a doctor in the building instead of video calling. This place isnt for everyone but they have definitely stepped up and gotten better and offer better services now.

I thought it may have been a fluke or through some fault of my own when I sought help and was treated rudely. So I never went back. After seeing all these reviews I guess it wasnt me. But I know if Id have been as rude as they were Id have been involuntarily detained and had my rights stripped away in a mock court with no legal recourse or defense so they could get money from the state for another warm body in a bed.

What a disgusting organization behind mental health servicesAll I experienced here was a diagnosis that was by a doctor who clearly didnt listen to me and over the next five months I was told to come up weekly and check on medication I was prescribed just to find it not there again.My case worker stopped reaching out to me.Close down you clearly dont care about people coming to you struggling with mental health.

This was the biggest joke Ive ever tried to deal with.. services for residents with existing mental health struggles should not be this chaotic. There is not consideration at all for the clients especially ones that are trying to do better for themselves in life. Did I get low cost meds Yes. Counseling No. Was it worth it in the end Not even a little bit. Steer clear unless you have nerves of steel but if you did you wouldnt need them anyway right

Called this place wishing to speak to a psychiatrist they said they only set up new patients between 8am to 10am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sorry that is the dumbest set up Ive ever heard of. I was an hour outside of their window to call and now I have to wait 5 days. Whoever set that up needs their head examined lol

I just moved from dallas I was literally 10 min late from when they took walk ins and they wont let me schedule an appointment to be a paitent. Ive got no meds left. I have to work all week next week and they wont even work with me. The staff is rude and this place does not even attempt to work with you. Please do yourself a favor and try somewhere else.

They are very slow and inconsiderate of peoples time. I waited for over an hour before the receptionist even took my information then proceeded to tell me my BCBS insurance was out of network. She offered to call the insurance which took another half hour to see if they would cover my visit only to ultimately tell me they dont even have a doctor in the office at the moment. Complete and utter waste of time.
