Very poor service been assigned several different case workers then sent letter saying cancelling services because of missed appt with which oneFinally talk too someone whom was to call us following week never recieved said phone call....today get call telling me someone else will call me with new case worker asked how we doing... been over 3 weeks....thanks for all the help...please do not take your child here....they dont care..........

They are very rude. Waste your time. Dont even see the doctor. Its on a TV. They make a appointment. Tell u a day and time and u get there . Its the wrong day when u plan in advance.They dont care about patients. Should be shut down

This group is a blessing too our community. I absolutely love the staff. They are so supportive and stand by me when I need extra care. I am blessed to have them.

The doctor is great.

I thought that they do a great job. You are assigned a nurse practitioner and a case worker where they treat you well. Ive been going here for a little over a year and I really think that it has helped. I struggle with paranoid schizophrenia and the nurses and front desk are nice and helpfull. You can even pick up your medication there instead of going to the pharmacy. I think Tri County Cleveland is a great place to go and yall keep up the good work.

Ive taken my daughter there several times. The services they offer are a relief but the staff mainly the front desk is rude.

Some office staff is rude at times but very happy and grateful for the whole staff over all. Thank you for your service

They have a wonderful doctor that can help you all you have to do is make sure you talk and let them know how you feel thats just why they got a 5-star rating
