My granddaughter has had speech therapy in one form or another for two years with no progress. In 3 weeks she has made measurable progress. The staff and kids are positive with an environment for achievement and learning. Training wheels is incredible in every aspect for learning and reshaping kids lives. We are thankful and appreciate this amazing place.

My 4 year old son hes now 5 started ABA therapy less than a year ago at the South Austin location and the team here has been incredibly helpful from before his day one. We reached out to them because of their convenient location for us and it turned out to be the best optiondecision weve made in his support. The onboarding process was super helpful they anticipated our needs by covering all information we needed to begin therapy in one visit to the center. They worked with us to determine the best schedule for him while he was still going to PreK to not completely disrupt his current routine at the time. In a short period of time at Training Wheels the team there helped increase his language skills interactions with peers and he started having less meltdowns. They work together wonderfully to make sure hes supported and thriving and they communicate regularly about his progress and things they are working on which has been incredibly helpful for us as parents. As part of his therapy program we have biweekly parent training which has provided us with skills to best support him at home. We moved over the summer and coincidentally they were opening the Pflugerville location so we transferred his car there. They worked with us to make the transition seamless and it was a success He truly enjoyed his time at the South location and we were happy to learn his BCBA would also be supporting him at the new location. He loves her so much and was so excited to see her there I am so very grateful for all the support hes been given at both locations. ABA is considered the gold standard treatment for children with Autism For us Training Wheels is the gold standard of ABA.

No parent wants to hear their child is on the spectrum. Ive heard that now three times. I first enrolled my daughter in April and the process was so smooth she was able to start fairly quickly. My son was able to start part-time and they worked around his ECSE schedule to give him the needed start to therapy. My oldest daughter was the last to start and the hardest as her autism wasnt easily diagnosed. The center went beyond what I would expect providing me resources or explaining the insurance process to me. They see my family as a unit and work with the kids myself my fiance Step-mom and the drama that ensues a divorce. They always put the kids first remain diplomatic when parents are not in agreement and have no issues re-explaining something to me for third time. The support we receive is from the whole center. There arent enough words I can use to explain Evelyn our BCBA. Her professionalism and candidness is what my family needs. As a parent I thrive on black and white and measurable goals. She is able to break down the terminologies and explain things to me where I understand them. If I ask for guidance on something she will undoubtedly explain to me when I am wrong. Yet she cheers on our successes as parents. The RBTs you wont find another set of people more passionate about the work they do. I truly do not understand how they do this work day in and day out. The changes in my children are epic and beyond my expectations.I am a helicopter parent in many ways. I own my over-communication style multiple questions and need for clarification. They dont blink an eye at anything I ask them to do or not doWhat makes Training Wheels different The people. Hands down the staff here make this clinic. They have such a cohesive flow its like a family. You can see how they all support one another in many ways.Kaleigh introduced me to Training Wheels. Her communication and process sold me on the type of customer service they have. Megan has kept it organized for me with the insurance any documentation needed schedule requestschanges etc. This isnt just a clinic for your kids you become part of their family. They celebrate your kids growth give them the skills and push the parents to not hold their kids back. If you need ABA dont go to the big names in Austin. Go here. You are more than a client number in a chart.
