Beaming Review

There isn’t always a BCBA/trained supervisor at the clinic. RBTs are typically completely unsupervised making emergencies very difficult. Staff are treated with disrespect by admin, and admin and scheduling are extremely disorganized. Training for RBTs is very minimal, many are not very experienced, and there is a very high turnover rate. Instead of promoting current employees with experience, the company seems to prefer to hire new inexperienced people to avoid having to pay their current employees a livable wage. The company refuses to schedule employees reasonable hours, leaving them with several hour-long unpaid breaks, and refuses to take breaks into account because “that’s just how the company works.” Staff are paid much less than other clinics in the area, and hours are extremely unstable and inflexible. There are other much better and organized clinics in the area who treat their staff kindly and as human beings.
