Methods were ineffective and therapists need morebetter training.

GOD AWFUL Such a bizzare and unprofessional work environment. Upper management are disturbingly unqualified. No opportunity for advancement except for the cool kids you have to try to make your colleagues look bad or blatantly lie about random things to start drama to qualify. I had 3 colleagues fired by a particular Regional Manager because she didnt like them. No other reason. All 3 got a random phone call to inform them they are fired. No warning... nothing. These people were great BCBAs too. At one point I inherited all of those cases and the parents were very upset and wanted to quit the company. Looking back I wish I would have agreed with them rather than try to be a team-player and convince them to stay. That should have been a red flag but I assumed management had a good reason. Nope. Very very very unprofessional.They also make new employees write stellar reviews so a lot of these are inaccurate it has been reported that the trainers include writing 5-star reviews on Day 1 of employment as part of the paperwork. Hmmm.... sounds a bit unethical. Cant wait to hear the companys response for this one Just use your own judgment to read between the lines. Look for the former employees.I am so confused why this is acceptable by the director and the owners. This company is excellent at hiding all of this unprofessional and childlike drama until you are actually working in the field and get to be supervised by someone who barely passed her BCBA exam and has unacceptably poor skills as a BCBA. Sounds like management material to me Please let her review a report written by someone with 10 years of experience. Im sorry this is laughable. This person was wrong all the time. Ie. Expressive Preposition program she wanted me to change There to Theyre I would be embarrassed if I were herI thought everyone was great too until that inexperienced supervisor got involved. This particular management team member did not even have a full year of experience prior to taking on that important leadership role. I am trying to be as unbiased as possible but I am extremely concerned for new BCBAs and the families that these inexperienced management team members are working with. When you put someone with zero management skills in a position like that it destroys the company. Unacceptable. I genuinely hope people read this and take it seriously. Total Spectum team please do not try to sugar-coat it to make yourselves sound better. You are all horrible and you know it. These poor people you rope in only to put them through hell. I dare you to say this is inaccurate- you would be lying.Most of the families I worked with hated the company. The way the management team would rip behavior technicians off of teams where a child was making excellent progress and leave the family either with no staff for MONTHS or throw in a poorly-trained new hire. This is not generalization. Stop using that as an excuse This sets the children and families up for failure as well as the behavior technicians. I documented all of the employees who quit for this reason and the numbers are disgusting.As for the owners... Kristen is a horrible person. Very rude and cold towards everyone expect for maybe 3 people. I dont understand how you can run a company and treat people like that. Just walk in and go meet her I am sure Ryan will answer with a nice politically correct response but I am sure he knows she is awful. Ryan was friendly. Client services were really easy to get along with too. Just watch out for the all-star management team It seems like management is constantly looking for reasons to fire people. I saw it with the entry-level staff too. At our office meetings the management team would gossip about who they dont like .. then they were suddenly not with the company anymore. I have never seen anything like that in my life. Maybe someone should report that to the BACB for ethical violations in regard to responsibilities of the supervisor. Go look it up

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. The training is rushed and they do not give extra time for more explanation nor care about employees. Only good thing is the pay. They will slam you with 2 to 3 clients and not even try to be flexible with you. STAY AWAY FROM TOTAL SPECTRUM. Use their services for your child but dnt work for them
