Tom Pallardy - Burr Ridge

Dr. Pallardy specializes in working with adolescents and their families and adults, including issues of ADHD, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. He has developed an effective approach to setting healthy boundaries with adolescents. Dr. Pallardy also specializes in working with step-parenting issues, couples therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. He has been published in the American Counseling Magazine and is on the editorial board of the American Psychotherapy Association.
